NIA’s Prediction for Greenland (20 Days Away from Something Big Happening)

President Trump has indicated that Greenland will become a focal point of U.S. strategic attention in roughly 20 days.

Our expectation is clear:

  • No military action involving Greenland.
  • No attempt to purchase Greenland as a sovereign territory.

Instead, we expect a rapid diplomatic de-escalation, culminating in a formal U.S.–Denmark–Greenland cooperation framework focused on strategic minerals, supply-chain security, and Western access to critical resources.

Such an agreement would allow Denmark and Greenland to preserve political sovereignty while aligning more closely with U.S. national-security and industrial objectives. In practical terms, this would likely involve regulatory adjustments, carve-outs, or reinterpretations of existing restrictions that currently impede large-scale development of strategic mineral assets—including the uranium threshold that has stalled Kvanefjeld.

If this occurs, the implications for Energy Transition Minerals (ASX: ETM) could be immediate. The removal or neutralization of the uranium constraint would re-rate Kvanefjeld from a politically constrained asset to one of the most advanced and strategically significant rare-earth projects in the Western world. Under that scenario, a 500%–1,000% revaluation of ETM could represent a rational market response to the sudden elimination of the project’s single binding constraint and could occur rapidly as policy clarity emerges.
