Titan Mining (TSX: TI) Gave Trump No Equity Stake

We want to make it very clear that Titan Mining (TSX: TI) is the only company that got a low-interest rate loan from President Trump and didn't give away any equity stake because the government knows Titan will pay them back the money. We don't know why it has become a good thing for Intel or Lithium Americas to give away equity stakes to the government. That is not a good thing it is a very bad thing.

People are speculating maybe USA Rare Earth (USAR) will be next to give equity stake to President Trump. No, that wouldn't be a good thing! If USAR was a real company like Titan, they wouldn't want to give away equity stake?!

United States Antimony (UAMY) is a real company like Titan, but UAMY is very overvalued.

We kind of agree with Ron Paul's way of looking at things that the government shouldn't be investing in companies for equity stakes.

Giving a low-interest rate loan to cash flow positive Titan Mining (TSX: TI) so that they can create new jobs, produce more zinc, and allow them to invest their own cash flow into graphite production is a smart move to make us less dependent on China… but giving money to Intel will ultimately cause Intel to fail.

Who is benefiting from money to Intel? Les Wexner who bought up all the land in New Albany driving Real Estate values in Ohio artificially high so that Intel can build this new chip facility that seems to always get pushed back and never get completed. Epstein lived on Les Wexner's massive estate in Ohio and who lived next door to Epstein in NYC? Howard Lutnick.

Has NIA ever profiled a "promotional" play like USA Rare Earth (USAR)?

We only did once with Mixed Martial Arts Group (MMA) which we profiled on January 23rd at $1.41 per share prior to it later hitting a high of $3.07 per share. You should definitely not invest into MMA we are only bringing it up because they did follow through and get Donald Trump Jr. involved as strategic advisor and Conor is going to fight next year at the White House… so everything MMA promised NIA's President at the inauguration has been happening. MMA is just very high risk and even in a best-case scenario it isn't going to gain like all of our gold, silver, and copper exploration & development stock suggestions.

NIA previously received compensation from MMA of US$30,000 cash for a three-month marketing contract which has expired.
