If you look at the TSX Venture Composite Index over just the last decade, take a look at the monthly volume. The TSX Venture Composite Index is about to trade 850 million shares this month. The medium-term peak in January 2018 saw monthly volume of 3.28 billion shares or 3.86x higher. The medium-term peak in February 2021 saw monthly volume of 3.87 billion shares or 4.55x higher. When the TSX Venture Composite Index trades 3 billion shares in a month do you really think Lahontan Gold (TSXV: LG)'s market cap will only be US$10.66 per oz of gold resources?
