Almost <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">no<\/span> Americans <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">own<\/span> German stocks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">We would argue <strong>BVB<\/strong> has a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>100% chance<\/strong><\/span> of <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>continuing<\/strong><\/span> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>go up<\/strong><\/span> no matter what, but it can <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>never<\/strong><\/span> be <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired<\/strong><\/span> at a massive premium like <strong>Celtic plc (LSE: CCP)<\/strong> and\/or <strong>Viva Gold (TSXV: VAU)<\/strong> potentially could in future. <strong>NIA&#39;s President<\/strong> will be <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>adding<\/strong><\/span> to his <strong>Celtic<\/strong> position at <strong>&pound;1.70 per share<\/strong>, which is where he thinks it will <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>bottom<\/strong><\/span>. He was planning to <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>quadruple down<\/strong><\/span> on <strong>Viva Gold<\/strong> if it <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>dipped back<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>$0.085<\/strong>, where he first entered at perfect timing, but it <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>never<\/strong><\/span> did.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px;\">Our favorite stocks are <strong>Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA)<\/strong> and <strong>Temas Resources (CSE: TMAS)<\/strong>. Interest in <strong>titanium<\/strong> and <strong>vanadium<\/strong> is at an <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>all-time low<\/strong><\/span> and can only <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>go up<\/strong><\/span> from here. <strong>SAGA<\/strong> has the <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">short-term<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">catalyst<\/span><\/strong> of <strong>Wolverine<\/strong> drilling results. <strong>Wolverine<\/strong> has potential to become <strong>North America&#39;s <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">most important<\/span> REE project<\/strong>, especially for <strong>Heavy Rare Earths<\/strong>. If they both <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>re-rate<\/strong><\/span> in the upcoming months like we expect them to&#8230; we may announce a <strong>biotech company<\/strong> as our <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>top pick<\/strong><\/span> for <strong>2027<\/strong> that <strong>NIA&#39;s President<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>secretly<\/strong><\/span> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">accumulating<\/span><\/strong>.
