This intercept was <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>comparable<\/strong><\/span> in length to <strong>Central Park Tower<\/strong> in Manhattan, the world&rsquo;s tallest residential building at 472.4 metres.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">The <strong>drill hole <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">ended in mineralization<\/span><\/strong> and included <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>two high-grade intercepts<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>69.2 m <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">grading<\/span> 51.03% Fe2O3, 8.55% TiO2, and 0.334% V2O5<\/strong> (the 4th-highest-grade intercept drilled at Radar to date) and <strong>66.8 m <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">grading<\/span> 50.06% Fe2O3, 8.07% TiO2, and 0.349% V2O5<\/strong> (the 5th-highest-grade intercept drilled at Radar to date).<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">If you look at <strong>Oceanic Iron Ore (TSXV: FEO)<\/strong> in Northern Quebec, it rose from <strong>$0.14 per share<\/strong> on April 7, 2025, to a high of <strong>$1.15 per share<\/strong> on October 3, 2025, for a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gain of 721.43%<\/strong><\/span> in six months after Frank Giustra bought out a Chinese investment fund&rsquo;s stake in the company at $0.25 per share. <strong>FEO<\/strong> has 261.51 million shares outstanding, for a current market cap at <strong>$0.78 per share<\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>CAD$203.98 million<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>Oceanic Iron Ore&rsquo;s Hopes Advance Project<\/strong> contains 1.388 billion tonnes of Measured &amp; Indicated resources grading 32.1% Fe, plus another 222 million tonnes Inferred grading 32.5% Fe. For comparison with <strong>SAGA&rsquo;s Radar Project<\/strong>, which reports iron grades as Fe2O3, Oceanic&rsquo;s grades are equivalent to approximately 45.9% Fe2O3 and 46.5% Fe2O3, respectively.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">For <strong>FEO&rsquo;s Hopes Advance Project<\/strong>, iron ore concentrate will be the project&rsquo;s only saleable mineral product.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">For <strong>SAGA&rsquo;s Radar Critical Minerals Project<\/strong>, the goal is to produce three different end-use products: iron, titanium, and vanadium&#8230; thereby creating three potential revenue streams from the same mineralized system. Importantly, iron could ultimately prove to be the least valuable of Radar&rsquo;s three potential revenue streams.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">According to SAGA&rsquo;s CEO, <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>metallurgical work completed to date<\/strong><\/span> has shown that the <strong>iron and vanadium <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">report predominantly<\/span> to the magnetite fraction<\/strong>, while approximately <strong>90% of the titanium <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">reports<\/span> to the ilmenite fraction<\/strong>. This <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>natural separation<\/strong><\/span> is important because <strong>SAGA&rsquo;s objective<\/strong> is to <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">recover all three commodities<\/span><\/strong> through an integrated processing flowsheet and ultimately produce three end-use products.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>SAGA<\/strong> will potentially have <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>two flagship mineral exploration projects<\/strong><\/span>. <strong>SAGA&rsquo;s Wolverine Heavy Rare Earth Project<\/strong> in Labrador has an <strong>REE ash flow footprint<\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>26 sq km<\/strong><\/span>, and its <strong>maiden diamond drill program<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>taking place right now<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:8px; line-height:1.5;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
