The agreement reportedly has <strong>no expiration date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin:0 0 8px; padding:0;\"><strong>Major military expansion:<\/strong> Trump says the U.S. will <strong>immediately begin developing a much larger military presence<\/strong> in appropriate areas of Greenland.<\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin:0 0 8px; padding:0;\"><strong>Blocking China\/Russia and other U.S. adversaries:<\/strong> Trump says no U.S. adversary will be permitted to establish a <strong>military base or military presence<\/strong> in Greenland without written U.S. approval.<\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin:0 0 8px; padding:0;\"><strong>Control over sensitive foreign investment:<\/strong> Trump also says adversaries cannot make <strong>&ldquo;sensitive investments&rdquo;<\/strong> in Greenland without U.S. approval. Reuters had reported that limiting Chinese influence and investment was part of the negotiations.<\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin:0 0 8px; padding:0;\"><strong>Golden Dome:<\/strong> Negotiations have included allowing Greenland to play a role in Trump&rsquo;s planned <strong>Golden Dome missile-defense system<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin:0; padding:0;\"><strong>No U.S. purchase of Greenland:<\/strong> Importantly, this is <strong>not an annexation or purchase of Greenland<\/strong>. Greenland remains part of the Kingdom of Denmark; the agreement concerns U.S. security\/military rights rather than sovereignty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">This is <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">absolutely massive<\/span><\/strong> for <strong>Energy Transition Minerals (ASX: ETM)<\/strong>, which <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">owns<\/span> the western world&rsquo;s <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">largest<\/span> Rare Earth Element Deposit<\/strong> at <strong>Kvanefjeld<\/strong>.
