Ameriwest Critical Metals (CSE: AWCM) gained another 2.38%<\/span><\/strong> today to $0.215 per share<\/strong>, following yesterday's gain of 5%<\/strong><\/span> and last week's gain of 23.33%<\/strong><\/span>. AWCM's market cap<\/strong> here is only US$5.77 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

They really do have the best<\/span> high-grade<\/span> copper<\/span>\/gold<\/span>\/silver<\/span> project<\/strong> in Oregon at Bornite<\/strong>, and it was formerly owned by Kinross Gold (KGC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Some of the world's<\/span> largest and most successful<\/span> copper exploration<\/span> companies<\/strong> were involved in the discovery<\/strong><\/span> and exploration<\/strong><\/span> of Bornite<\/strong>, and Kinross acquired<\/span><\/strong> the project and came very close<\/strong><\/span> to developing<\/strong><\/span> it.<\/p>\n\n

After receiving<\/strong><\/span> all Federal Permits<\/strong>, they failed<\/strong><\/span> to receive<\/strong><\/span> a single state water discharge permit<\/strong>… and AWCM<\/strong> is about to make another go at it 30 years later, with copper<\/strong><\/span> hitting new all-time highs<\/strong><\/span>. We have a feeling things will be a lot different this time around!<\/p>\n\n
