It reached a <\/font><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>high of day<\/strong><\/span><font color=\"#001140\"> yesterday of <strong>$0.17 per share<\/strong>.<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>BHT&#8217;s debenture holders<\/strong> just <em><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>converted<\/strong><\/span><\/em> <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>CAD$2.4 million in debt<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>12 million<\/strong> <strong>BHT shares<\/strong> at a price of <strong>$0.20 per share<\/strong>, believing that <strong>BHT<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>extremely undervalued<\/strong><\/span> at these <strong>current prices<\/strong>. Earlier in the month, <strong>BHT&#8217;s director John Robert Morgan<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><em>exercised<\/em><\/span> warrants<\/strong> to <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">purchase<\/span> 400,000 BHT shares<\/strong> at <strong>$0.15 per share<\/strong>. Last month, <strong>BHT&#8217;s CFO&nbsp;Dwayne Albert Vinck<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">purchased<\/span> 333,500 BHT shares<\/strong> in the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>open market<\/strong><\/span> at an <strong>average price<\/strong> of <strong>$0.1385 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>BHT<\/strong> has one of the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">most bullish<\/span> charts<\/strong> in the entire market! <strong>BHT&#8217;s current <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">valuation<\/span><\/strong> comes <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>no where close<\/strong><\/span> to the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>reflecting the true value<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>BHT&#8217;s Bull River Mine<\/strong>, which has a <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">huge indicated resource<\/span><\/strong> along with <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>extremely valuable<\/strong><\/span> <strong>surface<\/strong> and <strong>underground <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">infrastructure<\/span><\/strong> including a <strong>750 tpd processing plant<\/strong> and adjacent <strong>crushing facilities<\/strong>! <strong><em>BHT even has a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">large stockpile<\/span> of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">pre-mined ore ready to process<\/span>!<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
