The <strong>Zacatecas Silver District<\/strong> is one of the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">most prolific<\/span> <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">silver producing areas<\/span><\/strong> in the world, having <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>produced in excess of<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>1 billion ounces of silver<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>DEF&#8217;s San Acacio Deposit<\/strong> has a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>large inferred resource<\/strong><\/span> of <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>16,944,000 oz of silver<\/strong><\/span> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">grading<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>182.42 g\/t silver<\/strong><\/span>. In addition to the <strong>San Acacio Deposit<\/strong>, <strong>DEF<\/strong> has <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired the adjacent<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Zacatecas Silver District <\/strong>holdings of <strong>Mag Silver (MAG)<\/strong>. <strong>DEF<\/strong> now controls a <strong>land package <\/strong>of<strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">over 1,506 hectares<\/span><\/strong> and has <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>exclusive use<\/strong><\/span> of a <strong>135,000ha Regional Database<\/strong> that <strong>MAG<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>spent over $10 million to assemble<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">A <strong>drilling campaign<\/strong> at <strong>San Acacio<\/strong> from 2017 saw its <strong>first 8 step out holes<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>successfully extend mineralization by 140m<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>below<\/strong><\/span> the<strong> base <\/strong>of the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>maiden resource<\/strong><\/span>. <em><strong>These drill holes <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">intercepted considerably higher grades<\/span> than the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">initial resource<\/span>.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>DEF<\/strong> has located a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>large target anomaly<\/strong><\/span> along <strong>San Acacio&#8217;s<\/strong> <strong>0.9km southeast extension<\/strong> using <strong>Induced Polarization Survey (IP)<\/strong> and <strong>Atomic Energy Resonance Imaging technology<\/strong>. This <strong>anomaly <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">measures 200m long, 300m wide and at a depth of 200m<\/span><\/strong> below surface. After the <strong>0.9km southeast extension<\/strong>, <strong>DEF<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>controls an additional<\/strong><\/span> <strong>3.5km far southeast extension<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">The <strong>Zacatecas Silver District<\/strong> has <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>excellent infrastructure<\/strong><\/span> including <strong>paved roads<\/strong>, <strong>state power<\/strong>, and a <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">skilled<\/span> Mexican labour force<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>DEF<\/strong> has only <strong>149.48 million shares outstanding<\/strong>. <strong>DEF&#8217;s market cap<\/strong> here at <strong>$0.37 per share<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>only CAD$55.3 million<\/strong><\/span> and in our opinion the company is receiving little value for its <strong>Zacatecas <\/strong><span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>silver <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>assets<\/strong><\/span> because <strong>DEF<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>owns 100%<\/strong><\/span> of the <strong>Tepal <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold project<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>Tepal<\/strong> is an <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">advanced<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold project<\/span><\/strong> in Michoac&aacute;n, Mexico with a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>measured &amp; indicated resource<\/strong><\/span> of <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>1,804,000 oz of gold<\/strong><\/span> plus <span style=\"color:#d35400;\"><strong>813 million lbs of copper<\/strong><\/span>!
