(BVSN)<\/strong> was the <strong>5th largest percentage gainer in the U.S.<\/strong> on Tuesday rising <strong>24%<\/strong> to finish the day at <strong>$21.76<\/strong>. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> this morning reached a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>new 52-week high<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>$23<\/strong> for a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gain of 177%<\/strong><\/span> since NIA first suggested it on December 12th at <strong>$8.31<\/strong>. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> traded unbelievably huge volume today of <strong>793,148 shares<\/strong>, its highest volume in years.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">NIA has been saying in recent days that those who were already taking profits on <strong>BVSN<\/strong> were going to regret it big time and they already are right now. NIA still hasn&#8217;t sold a single share. NIA still considers <strong>BVSN<\/strong> to be nowhere near its peak. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> will continue to be very volatile and we will likely see many more dips in the months ahead, but fundamentally we feel strongly that <strong>BVSN<\/strong> deserves to be trading substantially higher and we are confident about <strong>BVSN<\/strong> continuing its trend of reaching <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>higher highs<\/strong><\/span> and dipping to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>higher lows<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> still only has an <strong>enterprise value of $41.46 million<\/strong>. If you subtract a very conservative value for <strong>BVSN&#8217;s old products of $15 million<\/strong>, <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> is only being valued at <strong>$26.46 million<\/strong>. This doesn&#8217;t even come close to reflecting what we believe <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> is worth based on recent transactions in this industry.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">As we pointed out yesterday, it appears as though the same institutions accumulating <strong>BVSN<\/strong> are also accumulating <strong>Saba Software (SABA)<\/strong>. In our opinion, <strong>SABA&#8217;s enterprise social platform<\/strong> is a low-tier solution in this space with nowhere near the potential of <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong>. NIA considers <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> to be one of the top-tier platforms in this space along with <strong>JIVE<\/strong> and <strong>Lithium<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">Even with an inferior product, <strong>SABA<\/strong> has increased in market cap since its close on January 5th by <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$73.56 million<\/strong><\/span>. NIA believes that not only is this <strong>$73.56 million increase in market cap<\/strong> for <strong>SABA<\/strong> directly attributed to investors buying <strong>SABA<\/strong> for their enterprise social platform, but we believe all of <strong>SABA&#8217;s gains<\/strong> since it averaged <strong>$5 per share<\/strong> in 2010 are because of <strong>Saba Social<\/strong>. Therefore, we estimate the market to be valuing <strong>SABA&#8217;s social platform at $145.33 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">NIA feels strongly that <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> deserves to be valued substantially higher than <strong>Saba Social<\/strong>. However, if we were to value <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> at the same as what we estimate <strong>Saba Social<\/strong> is currently valued at, a valuation for <strong>Clearvale of $145.33 million<\/strong> along with <strong>BVSN&#8217;s $56.79 million in cash<\/strong> and a <strong>$15 million valuation for BVSN&#8217;s old products<\/strong> equals a total market cap for <strong>BVSN of $217.12 million<\/strong>. With only <strong>4.515 million shares outstanding<\/strong>, NIA believes <strong>BVSN<\/strong> would need to be <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$48 per share<\/strong><\/span> for <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> just to equal the current value of <strong>Saba Social<\/strong>, and we believe <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> deserves to be worth a lot closer to <strong>JIVE&#8217;s platform valuation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> announced today that <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> will be the <strong>social business platform<\/strong> used for the <strong>Digital London Summit<\/strong> coming up on <strong>March 13-14<\/strong>!
