See for yourself by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smartmoney.com\/marketmovers\/?pageexchange=all&amp;options=percentgainers&amp;period=ytd\" style=\"color:#2980b9; text-decoration:underline;\">clicking here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> finished Friday <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up 12%<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>$27<\/strong>, its highest close since we suggested it. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> reached a <em><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>new 52-week high<\/strong><\/span><\/em> earlier in the day of <strong>$30.25<\/strong>. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> traded its highest volume all year on Friday of <strong>1,087,827 shares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> remains a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>100% perfect technical buy<\/strong><\/span> with all short, medium, and long-term indicators rating <strong>BVSN<\/strong> a buy. The next resistance level is <strong>$33.57<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/barchart.com\/opinions\/stocks\/BVSN\" style=\"color:#2980b9; text-decoration:underline;\">http:\/\/barchart.com\/opinions\/stocks\/BVSN<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">As NIA informed you on Thursday evening, a <strong>$30 billion Japanese telecommunications firm Softbank<\/strong> has just begun offering <strong>Clearvale Express<\/strong> and <strong>Clearvale Enterprise<\/strong> to their customer base. This validates <strong>BVSN&#8217;s social networking platform for businesses<\/strong> as a top-tier solution in an industry expected to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>grow by 61% per year<\/strong><\/span> to become a <strong>$6.4 billion market by 2016<\/strong>. Wall Street pays huge premiums for companies that are positioned for rapid revenue growth and <strong>BVSN<\/strong> has been shifting away from their old products with declining revenues to focus solely on <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> with the goal of capturing a large market share in the years ahead.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">At a share price of only <strong>$27<\/strong>, <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> is being valued at a large discount to the values being received for the enterprise social platforms of <strong>BVSN&#8217;s two closest publicly traded comparisons<\/strong>. In our opinion, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> is by far the biggest opportunity in this space with the most upside potential. We increased our <strong>BVSN<\/strong> position significantly this week and still haven&#8217;t sold a single share. NIA is not going to be releasing any new stock suggestions until <strong>BVSN<\/strong> is trading where NIA believes it belongs.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">We estimate that <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale social networking platform for businesses<\/strong> is currently being valued at approximately <strong>$50 million<\/strong>. NIA believes <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> is a many times better enterprise social platform than <strong>SABA&#8217;s Saba Social<\/strong>, but at <strong>SABA&#8217;s current share price of $9.99<\/strong>, we estimate <strong>Saba Social<\/strong> is currently being valued at approximately <strong>$149 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">NIA considers <strong>Saba Social<\/strong> to be a low-tier platform. We consider <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> to be a top-tier platform along with <strong>JIVE&#8217;s social platform for businesses<\/strong>. At <strong>JIVE&#8217;s current share price of $15.25<\/strong>, NIA estimates the market to currently be valuing <strong>JIVE&#8217;s social platform at $699.77 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">If <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> was valued at <strong>$149 million<\/strong> like <strong>SABA&#8217;s low-tier platform<\/strong>, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> would be trading for <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$48.90 per share<\/strong><\/span>. If <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> was valued at <strong>$699.77 million<\/strong> like <strong>JIVE&#8217;s top-tier platform<\/strong>, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> would be trading for <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$170.89 per share<\/strong><\/span>. In both of these calculations we included <strong>BVSN&#8217;s $56.79 million in cash<\/strong> and an additional <strong>$15 million for BVSN&#8217;s old products<\/strong> that are still being used by many companies and generating revenues.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">A fair value for <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> at this time is probably somewhere in between the valuations currently being given to the social platforms of <strong>SABA<\/strong> and <strong>JIVE<\/strong>. Considering that <strong>BVSN<\/strong> has <strong>quadruple the cash of SABA<\/strong> and a much more experienced management team, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> has a much better chance of successfully competing with <strong>JIVE<\/strong> and leading the industry with <strong>JIVE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> has been quietly building <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> under the radar. <strong>JIVE<\/strong> has a <strong>market cap of $900.76 million<\/strong> and <strong>enterprise value of $699.77 million<\/strong> because <strong>Goldman Sachs<\/strong> and <strong>Morgan Stanley<\/strong> just brought <strong>JIVE<\/strong> public last month in one of the hottest IPOs of 2011. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> has already been public for <strong>15 years<\/strong> and doesn&#8217;t need to raise any cash. This is extremely positive for <strong>BVSN<\/strong> shareholders because <strong>BVSN&#8217;s public float is widely held without any need for dilution<\/strong>, but it also explains why the new <strong>BVSN<\/strong> has been completely undiscovered up until now.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">With <strong>BVSN<\/strong> making the biggest percentage gainers list several times in recent weeks, a countless number of investors are currently researching <strong>BVSN<\/strong> for the first time in over a decade. Most of these investors know that the <strong>Facebook IPO<\/strong> is coming in May and they recognize that the media will be talking about the <strong>Facebook IPO<\/strong> on a daily basis up until Facebook starts trading, with the media coverage likely to start picking up steam the closer we get to the IPO. It is only a matter of time before there is a huge article in a major Wall Street publication like <strong>Barron&#8217;s<\/strong> or the <strong>Wall Street Journal<\/strong> that talks about how the real growth ahead will be in the <strong>enterprise social networking industry<\/strong>.
