(BVSN)<\/strong> finished today <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up $0.74<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>$33.99<\/strong> but at one point this afternoon <strong>BVSN<\/strong> rallied as high as <strong>$44.75 per share<\/strong>! Yes, at one point today <strong>BVSN<\/strong> was <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up as much as 32%<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>$44.75 per share<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">Many people have been wondering when <strong>BVSN<\/strong> would finally make a major dip. Well, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> made that dip today after hitting <strong>$44.75 per share<\/strong>. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> dipped from a high of <strong>$44.75<\/strong> down to a low of <strong>$32.06<\/strong>, before finishing the day <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up $0.74<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>$33.99<\/strong>. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> traded an incredible <strong>3,237,254 shares<\/strong> today.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">NIA still hasn&#8217;t sold a single <strong>BVSN<\/strong> share. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> is still a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>100% perfect buy<\/strong><\/span> in all <strong>13 short, medium, and long-term categories<\/strong> and the next resistance level is now <strong>$49.62<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/barchart.com\/opinions\/stocks\/BVSN\" style=\"color:#2980b9; text-decoration:underline;\">http:\/\/barchart.com\/opinions\/stocks\/BVSN<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">In our opinion, when <strong>BVSN<\/strong> breaks <strong>$49.62<\/strong> it is possible it will <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>soar well above $50<\/strong><\/span> with the <strong>Facebook IPO<\/strong> coming this May!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">As you know, there is another company in this industry called <strong>Saba Software (SABA)<\/strong> that has developed an <strong>enterprise social networking platform<\/strong>. <strong>SABA&#8217;s social platform<\/strong> is a low-tier platform that we believe is inferior to <strong>BVSN&#8217;s top-tier platform<\/strong>. However, it is unbelievable the valuation <strong>SABA<\/strong> is now trading at because of the huge social networking boom ahead.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 8px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">Check out the <strong>average monthly closing price for SABA<\/strong> for the 8 years prior to completing Saba Social:<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0 0 0 16px; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.7;\">\n<strong>2010:<\/strong> $5.33<br>\n<strong>2009:<\/strong> $3.24<br>\n<strong>2008:<\/strong> $3.07<br>\n<strong>2007:<\/strong> $5.71<br>\n<strong>2006:<\/strong> $5.71<br>\n<strong>2005:<\/strong> $4.44<br>\n<strong>2004:<\/strong> $3.89<br>\n<strong>2003:<\/strong> $3.87\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>SABA<\/strong> was in a narrow trading range of <strong>$3.07 to $5.77<\/strong> for 8 years because they have been generating almost all of their revenues since inception from their <strong>e-learning software<\/strong>. Still today in 2012, <strong>SABA&#8217;s e-learning software<\/strong> generates nearly all of their revenues and <strong>SABA<\/strong> only had very tiny revenue growth of <strong>4%<\/strong> last quarter.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">However, <strong>SABA<\/strong> has soared in recent months to its current price of <strong>$9.84<\/strong>. <strong>SABA&#8217;s average monthly closing price<\/strong> from 2003 through 2010 was <strong>$4.41<\/strong> and today <strong>SABA<\/strong> is <strong>$9.84<\/strong>. <strong>SABA<\/strong> has <strong>29.78 million shares outstanding<\/strong>. That is an increase in market cap for <strong>SABA<\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$161.71 million<\/strong><\/span> and we believe it is entirely due to <strong>Saba Social<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">If we value <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> at <strong>$161.71 million<\/strong> in addition to <strong>BVSN&#8217;s $56.79 million in cash<\/strong> and we value <strong>BVSN&#8217;s old products at $15 million<\/strong>, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> would deserve a <strong>market cap of $233.5 million<\/strong> and a price of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$51.72 per share<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">However, in our minds <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> is a top-tier solution in this industry just like <strong>Jive Software (JIVE)&#8217;s social networking platform for businesses<\/strong>. <strong>JIVE<\/strong> has a market cap right now of <strong>$879.49 million<\/strong> and if you subtract <strong>JIVE&#8217;s net cash position<\/strong> including the money they raised in their IPO, <strong>JIVE<\/strong> has an enterprise value for their social networking platform of <strong>$678.5 million<\/strong>. If <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> was worth <strong>$678.5 million<\/strong> in addition to <strong>BVSN&#8217;s $56.79 million in cash<\/strong> and we value <strong>BVSN&#8217;s old products at $15 million<\/strong>, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> would deserve a <strong>market cap of $750.29 million<\/strong> and a price of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$166.18 per share<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">Although we believe <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> is worth a lot more than <strong>Saba Social<\/strong>, we don&#8217;t believe it deserves to be valued as high as <strong>JIVE&#8217;s social platform<\/strong> at this time because <strong>JIVE<\/strong> has more customers and <strong>BVSN<\/strong> just started aggressively marketing <strong>Clearvale<\/strong>. Yes, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> does have a customer worth <strong>$30 billion<\/strong>, <strong>Softbank in Japan<\/strong>, a company that likes <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> so much that they are now reselling it to their own customers. Still, we believe <strong>BVSN<\/strong> will need more time to prove themselves to the investment community before <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> is worth what <strong>JIVE&#8217;s platform<\/strong> is worth.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">If we valued <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> in between <strong>Saba Social&#8217;s estimated value of $161.71 million<\/strong> and <strong>JIVE&#8217;s estimated social platform value of $678.5 million<\/strong>, the median value of the two is <strong>$420.11 million<\/strong>. If <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> was worth <strong>$420.11 million<\/strong> in addition to <strong>BVSN&#8217;s $56.79 million in cash<\/strong> and we value <strong>BVSN&#8217;s old products at $15 million<\/strong>, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> would deserve a <strong>market cap of $491.9 million<\/strong> and a price of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$108.95 per share<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><em><strong>NIA never makes any target prices. In no way is NIA making any kind of price predictions for BVSN. We are only speculating by estimating the values of two other similar platforms and telling you what BVSN could be worth if Clearvale was worth certain values.
