(BVSN)<\/strong> just held their <strong>year end results conference call<\/strong> and we can&#8217;t tell you how excited we are about everything we learned! There is way too much for us to cover in this alert, so we will have a much larger <strong>BVSN<\/strong> update this weekend. In this alert we will just go over what we can remember off the top of our heads. This weekend we will go through our notes and give a much more detailed and in-depth update.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">NIA will not be announcing any new stock suggestions until after <strong>Facebook has its IPO<\/strong>. It will simply be impossible for us to uncover a bigger opportunity in today&#8217;s market than <strong>BVSN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale Enterprise paid business users<\/strong> signed in 2011 <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>increased 290% over 2010<\/strong><\/span>! In fact, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> signed more <strong>Clearvale Enterprise paid business users<\/strong> in the <strong>4Q of 2011<\/strong> than in all of 2010! These results are absolutely shocking and stunning!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN&#8217;s revenues for 2011<\/strong> came in higher than what we expected them to be. <strong>BVSN&#8217;s full year 2011 revenues were $17.554 million<\/strong> down from <strong>$21.817 million in 2010<\/strong>. Most of <strong>BVSN&#8217;s revenues<\/strong> are still coming from their old legacy products that they are shifting away from. We were expecting full year revenues to come in at only around <strong>$15 million<\/strong>, but being that they were <strong>$17.554 million<\/strong> we conservatively believe <strong>BVSN&#8217;s old products<\/strong> to now be worth about <strong>1x sales or approximately $17 million<\/strong>. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> would have been profitable in 2011 if not for R&amp;D spending on <strong>Clearvale<\/strong>. Therefore, it is possible their old product line is worth a lot more than <strong>1x sales or $17 million<\/strong>, but we like to be as conservative as possible.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>CNBC<\/strong> was apparently interested in featuring the company last week but <strong>BVSN<\/strong> was in a quiet period and was unable to respond to them the other day. However, the quiet period is now over and it is possible they will be able to appear soon on <strong>CNBC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> has launched a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>brand new Clearvale application for the iPad<\/strong><\/span>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> is currently working on a <strong>Clearvale application for Android<\/strong> with a targeted release date for the <strong>2Q<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">NIA&#8217;s President asked <strong>BVSN&#8217;s President<\/strong> about <strong>Clearvale Nexus<\/strong>, which we told you about last month. Apparently, <strong>Clearvale Nexus<\/strong> is a secret that we aren&#8217;t supposed to know about yet! <strong>Clearvale Nexus<\/strong> is a major internal project currently under development and <strong>BVSN<\/strong> has not yet officially announced it. We found out about it by watching a presentation that was displayed at an industry conference. Besides NIA members, only investors who attended this conference or saw the presentation know about <strong>Clearvale Nexus<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>Clearvale Nexus<\/strong> is a huge new feature being developed that will allow <strong>Clearvale users<\/strong> to collaborate with each other on projects in a secure environment. Clearvale users will be able to access a directory of other Clearvale users and contact them about partnering up and working together. This is going to be a major industry changing feature that we believe will set <strong>BVSN<\/strong> apart from <strong>JIVE<\/strong> and lead to <strong>BVSN<\/strong> becoming the new leader in this space. Once <strong>BVSN<\/strong> launches <strong>Clearvale Nexus<\/strong>, they will have the only enterprise social platform in the world that will allow businesses to actually gain new business! <strong>Clearvale Nexus<\/strong> will give businesses a very important reason to choose <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> over <strong>JIVE<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">When NIA&#8217;s President asked how <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> compares to <strong>JIVE<\/strong>, <strong>BVSN&#8217;s President<\/strong> called Clearvale <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><em><strong>better, cheaper, and newer<\/strong><\/em><\/span>. He said <strong>JIVE<\/strong> is the industry leader because they were first to market, but <strong>BVSN<\/strong> is watching their every move and implementing their own moves with the goal of eventually overtaking <strong>JIVE<\/strong>. <strong>BVSN&#8217;s extremely experienced management team<\/strong> continues to <em><strong>&#8220;execute execute execute&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> in order to build <strong>BVSN<\/strong> into the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>#1 leader<\/strong><\/span> in this industry!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> confirmed what we told you that <strong>Softbank<\/strong>, a <strong>$30 billion Japanese company<\/strong>, is now reselling <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> through <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale Passport program<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> said that a large French stamp company <strong>La Poste<\/strong> is having huge success with <strong>Clearvale<\/strong>. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> is now going to begin marketing <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> to other stamp companies telling them about the huge success of <strong>La Poste<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> said their reason for offering a simplified <strong>Clearvale Express<\/strong> for free is they believe it could <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>go viral<\/strong><\/span> with Clearvale Express users telling their friends and business associates about it. This will provide huge free marketing for <strong>BVSN<\/strong>. Once businesses fall in love with <strong>Clearvale Express<\/strong>, they will eventually outgrow it and need to upgrade to <strong>Clearvale Enterprise<\/strong> in order to gain more storage space and provide many additional features and functions.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN&#8217;s latest cash position is $54.4 million<\/strong>. <strong>BVSN&#8217;s President<\/strong> made it clear that short-term financial results don&#8217;t mean a thing to them because they have plenty of cash to last for many years. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> doesn&#8217;t care about achieving small profitability in the short-term, they want to become a giant in this mega booming industry over the long-term! <strong>BVSN<\/strong> would be profitable if they weren&#8217;t investing so heavily into <strong>Clearvale<\/strong>! <strong>BVSN<\/strong> recognizes that they have an opportunity to become the leader of the biggest technology boom industry of the decade and therefore <strong>BVSN<\/strong> believes every penny they invest into <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> will be well worth it and will hopefully pay off big for <strong>BVSN<\/strong> shareholders over the long-term!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> said that investors need to stay focused on the big picture and be patient. NIA has been saying the same exact thing. We have been telling you for the past month that <strong>BVSN<\/strong> will be extremely volatile and <strong>BVSN&#8217;s short-term volatility<\/strong> is just noise to us and means nothing. We believe investors who cashed out this past week will regret it big time soon. It will take time for <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale revenues<\/strong> to ramp up. We believe <strong>BVSN&#8217;s big move to the upside<\/strong> hasn&#8217;t even begun yet. Only right now for the first time is the investment community finally becoming educated about how this space will become the biggest technology boom of the decade and <strong>BVSN<\/strong> in our opinion is positioned to become the leader!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN&#8217;s latest market cap at $22.03 is only $99.47 million<\/strong>. If you subtract <strong>BVSN&#8217;s latest cash position of $54.4 million<\/strong> you get an <strong>enterprise value of $45.07 million<\/strong>. If you value <strong>BVSN&#8217;s old products at $17 million<\/strong>, <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> is receiving an insanely low valuation right now of only <strong>$28.07 million<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>Clearvale<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><em><strong>better, cheaper, and newer<\/strong><\/em><\/span> than <strong>JIVE<\/strong>, but <strong>JIVE<\/strong> closed today with an <strong>enterprise value of $679.09 million<\/strong>. <strong>JIVE&#8217;s social networking platform<\/strong> is currently being valued <strong>24.19 times higher<\/strong> than <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> is beginning to integrate <strong>Clearvale<\/strong> into their old legacy products in order to convince their customers using their older products to stay ahead of the curve by upgrading to <strong>Clearvale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">At <strong>BVSN&#8217;s high this week of $44.75<\/strong> it was <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up 439%<\/strong><\/span> from our suggestion price last month of <strong>$8.31<\/strong>. Although <strong>BVSN<\/strong> made five small dips during its run from <strong>$8.31 to $24<\/strong>, after hitting <strong>$24<\/strong> <strong>BVSN<\/strong> didn&#8217;t make any dips all the way up to <strong>$44.75<\/strong>. NIA was shocked and surprised by how far <strong>BVSN<\/strong> ran so soon. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> was overdue for a sharp correction simply because it ran too far too soon. NIA never would&#8217;ve expected in a million years for <strong>BVSN<\/strong> to hit <strong>$44.75<\/strong> this month. We thought it would take until at least March or maybe until May.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">Now that <strong>BVSN<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>down over 50% from the high<\/strong><\/span> we believe it is very close to finding a bottom and getting ready to bounce big. We believe <strong>BVSN&#8217;s real run<\/strong> will come this May when <strong>Facebook has its IPO<\/strong>. By then we believe everybody in the business world will fully recognize that <strong>enterprise social networking platforms for businesses<\/strong> is the new boom industry and <strong>BVSN<\/strong> is positioned to be the leader!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">NIA slightly decreased its <strong>BVSN<\/strong> position by <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>28%<\/strong><\/span> during the past two days because we wanted to be able to add back to our position if <strong>BVSN<\/strong> dips below <strong>$20<\/strong>. In our opinion, <strong>BVSN<\/strong> could dip as low as <strong>$18.40<\/strong> because there is a gap in <strong>BVSN&#8217;s chart<\/strong> between its high on January 13th of <strong>$18.40<\/strong> and its low on January 17th (the next trading day) of <strong>$19.01<\/strong>. These gaps often tend to get filled in.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">We are hoping and praying that <strong>BVSN<\/strong> dips to <strong>$18.40<\/strong> so that we can once again accumulate dirt-cheap shares. We are confident that <strong>BVSN&#8217;s high this week of $44.75<\/strong> won&#8217;t be its high for 2012. By May, we believe everybody on Wall Street will be talking about <strong>BVSN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:24px 0 0; padding:16px 0 0; border-top:1px solid #dddddd; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:12px; line-height:1.5; color:#777777;\"><em><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> NIA currently owns 135,000 shares of BVSN.
