It is expected that <strong>Facebook<\/strong> will begin trading in May with a <strong>market cap of approximately $100 billion<\/strong> and they will likely raise around <strong>$10 billion in the IPO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">Already this evening in the financial mainstream media, the <strong>Facebook IPO<\/strong> is the <strong>#1 topic being discussed<\/strong>. As we approach the <strong>Facebook IPO<\/strong>, the media coverage of it will only increase and everybody in the world will be talking about it. We expect investors to soon begin searching for other publicly traded stocks that could benefit greatly from <strong>Facebook&#8217;s IPO<\/strong>. NIA believes there is no publicly traded company that will benefit more from the <strong>Facebook IPO<\/strong> than <strong>BroadVision Inc. (BVSN)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> had a huge day on Tuesday <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>rising $2.91 or 14%<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>$23.94<\/strong> on volume of <strong>1,045,997 shares<\/strong> and in afterhours trading <strong>BVSN<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up another $0.31<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>$24.25<\/strong>. The <strong>enterprise social networking industry<\/strong> today is still in its infancy, just like the consumer social networking industry was three years ago when <strong>Facebook<\/strong> began its rapid growth. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> along with <strong>Jive Software (JIVE)<\/strong> are the only two publicly traded pure enterprise social plays that exist today.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN<\/strong> just reported on Thursday evening that they signed <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>117 new Clearvale Enterprise customers in 2011<\/strong><\/span>, which was <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up 290%<\/strong><\/span> from the <strong>30 Clearvale Enterprise customers<\/strong> BVSN signed in 2010. <strong>BVSN<\/strong> also reported that they signed <strong>33 new customers in the 4Q of 2011 alone<\/strong>, which was more than the whole previous year.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>BVSN&#8217;s growth<\/strong> has now surpassed the industry leader <strong>JIVE<\/strong>. While <strong>BVSN<\/strong> signed <strong>117 new customers<\/strong> last year, <strong>JIVE<\/strong> only grew by <strong>113 new customers<\/strong> in the 12 months ending June 30th, 2011. We estimate that <strong>JIVE<\/strong> now has about <strong>680 total customers<\/strong>, which is much more than <strong>BVSN&#8217;s estimated total customer base of 147<\/strong>. However, <strong>JIVE<\/strong> has been offering their Engage platform for many years. <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale Enterprise platform<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>newer, better, and cheaper<\/strong><\/span>. Over the long-term we strongly believe <strong>BVSN<\/strong> could grow to become much bigger than <strong>JIVE<\/strong> is today.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">At <strong>BVSN&#8217;s current price of $23.94 per share<\/strong> it has a <strong>market cap of only $108.09 million<\/strong>. Once you subtract <strong>BVSN&#8217;s $54.4 million cash position<\/strong> and an additional <strong>$17 million for BVSN&#8217;s old legacy products<\/strong>, <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale platforms<\/strong> are being valued at only <strong>$36.69 million<\/strong>, which is absolutely nothing. For comparison purposes, <strong>JIVE<\/strong> currently has a <strong>market cap of $877.13 million<\/strong> and once you subtract their <strong>net cash position of $200.99 million<\/strong>, <strong>JIVE&#8217;s Engage platform<\/strong> is being valued at <strong>$676.14 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>JIVE&#8217;s Engage<\/strong> is currently being valued <strong>18.43 times higher<\/strong> than <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong>, when <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> is now growing much faster! <strong>BVSN<\/strong> only has about <strong>21.6% of JIVE&#8217;s customers<\/strong>, but if <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale<\/strong> was worth <strong>21.6%<\/strong> of what <strong>JIVE&#8217;s Engage<\/strong> is currently worth, <strong>Clearvale would be worth $146.05 million<\/strong>. Add to that <strong>BVSN&#8217;s $54.4 million in cash<\/strong> and <strong>$17 million for BVSN&#8217;s old legacy products<\/strong> and <strong>BVSN<\/strong> would trade at a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>market cap of $217.45 million and a <u>price of $48.16 per share<\/u><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">While <strong>JIVE&#8217;s Engage platform<\/strong> is the market leader in terms of fully featured paid for enterprise social networks, <strong>Yammer<\/strong> is the current market leader in terms of limited featured free enterprise social networks. A story just came out today about how employees at <strong>Alcatel-Lucent<\/strong> setup their own <strong>Yammer<\/strong> network and after their employees had so much success using the free <strong>Yammer enterprise social platform<\/strong>, <strong>Alcatel-Lucent<\/strong> decided to deploy their own fully featured enterprise social network using <strong>JIVE<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/blog\/hinchcliffe\/enterprise-20-success-alcatel-lucent\/1917\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color:#2980b9; text-decoration:underline;\">http:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/blog\/hinchcliffe\/enterprise-20-success-alcatel-lucent\/1917<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">Although <strong>Yammer<\/strong> offers an upgraded version with more features that companies can pay for, it doesn&#8217;t offer nearly as many features and functions as <strong>BVSN&#8217;s Clearvale Enterprise<\/strong> and <strong>JIVE&#8217;s Engage<\/strong>. Although <strong>JIVE&#8217;s Engage<\/strong> is a very good top-tier platform, <strong>JIVE<\/strong> doesn&#8217;t offer a free version like <strong>Yammer<\/strong> with the potential to go viral.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>BVSN offers the best of both worlds!<\/strong><\/span> <strong>BVSN<\/strong> is now offering a free <strong>&#8220;Twitter like&#8221; enterprise social network called Clearvale Express<\/strong> that is better than <strong>Yammer<\/strong> and we expect it to soon go viral like <strong>Yammer<\/strong>.
