This is the <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">most undervalued<\/span> U.S. natural resource stock<\/strong> that we have seen in our careers. There are so many <span style=\"color:#d35400;\"><strong>copper stocks<\/strong><\/span> out there trading at <strong>$100-$500 million market caps<\/strong> with <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>nothing<\/strong><\/span> that is worth being <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>developed<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; text-align:center; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/awcm25.jpg\" style=\"width:600px; max-width:100%; height:auto; display:inline-block;\"><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>AWCM <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">owns<\/span><\/strong> the <strong>Bornite <span style=\"color:#d35400;\">Copper<\/span> Project<\/strong> in Oregon, where <strong>Kinross Copper&rsquo;s historical non-NI 43-101 resource estimate<\/strong> showed about <strong>3.2 million short tons averaging <span style=\"color:#d35400;\">2.2% copper<\/span>, plus <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">0.017 oz\/t gold<\/span> and <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">0.54 oz\/t silver<\/span><\/strong>. That represented roughly <strong><span style=\"color:#d35400;\">138.5 million lb copper<\/span>, <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">54,000 oz gold<\/span>, and <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">1.7 million oz silver<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">The <strong>Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996<\/strong> actually <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>carved out<\/strong><\/span> <strong>AWCM&#8217;s Bornite <span style=\"color:#d35400;\">Copper<\/span> Project<\/strong> from the law.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>Section 16 USC 545b<\/strong> of the law includes the following:<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>(8) Bornite Project<\/strong><br>\n<strong>(A)<\/strong> Nothing in this section shall be construed to interfere with or approve any exploration, mining, or mining-related activity in the <strong>Bornite Project Area<\/strong>, depicted on the map described in subsection (a)(3), conducted in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>(B)<\/strong> Nothing in this section shall be construed to interfere with the ability of the Secretary to approve and issue, or deny, special use permits in connection with exploration, mining, and mining-related activities in the <strong>Bornite Project Area<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><strong>(C)<\/strong> Motorized vehicles, roads, structures, and utilities (including but not limited to power lines and water lines) may be allowed inside the Scenic Recreation Area to serve the activities conducted on land within the <strong>Bornite Project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/uscode.house.gov\/view.xhtml?req=granuleid:USC-prelim-title16-section545b&amp;num=0&amp;edition=prelim\"><strong>Click here to see for yourself<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0; padding:0; font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:8px; line-height:1.6;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
