Borealis Mining (TSXV: BOGO)’s 100% owned<\/span> Borealis Mine <\/strong>in Nevada<\/strong> has all<\/span> permits<\/strong> in place<\/strong><\/span> for resumption<\/strong><\/span> of full-scale<\/span> mining<\/strong> and is equipped<\/strong><\/span> with active<\/span> heap leach pads<\/strong>, an ADR facility<\/strong>, and all<\/span> necessary infrastructure<\/strong> to support<\/strong><\/span> a heap leach gold mining operation<\/strong><\/span> of near-surface<\/span> oxide ore<\/span><\/strong>. BOGO<\/strong> already has a ~350,000-ton stockpile<\/strong> of oxide ore<\/strong><\/span> from previous mining operations ready<\/strong><\/span> for crushing<\/strong><\/span>, stacking<\/strong><\/span>, and processing<\/strong><\/span>. However, this is not<\/strong><\/span> the main reason Rob McEwen<\/strong> and Eric Sprott<\/strong> have invested<\/strong><\/span> into the company.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

The largest amount of historical drilling<\/strong> targeting high-grade<\/span> sulfides<\/strong> at depth occurred at BOGO’s Graben Deposit<\/strong>, which is believed to be a feeder system<\/strong><\/span> for Freedom Flats<\/strong>:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Historical drillhole GGCG-29 intercepted<\/span> 56.4m<\/strong> of 6.5 g\/t gold<\/strong><\/span> beginning 184.4m downhole.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Historical drillhole DFF173 intercepted<\/span> 67.1m<\/strong> of 6.1 g\/t gold<\/strong><\/span> beginning 169.2m downhole.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Historical drillhole CBO028 intercepted<\/span> 96.4m<\/strong> of 5.3 g\/t gold<\/strong><\/span> beginning 173.2m downhole.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Historical drillhole GGCG-07 intercepted<\/span> 115.8m<\/strong> of 4.5 g\/t gold<\/strong><\/span> beginning 195.1m downhole.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previous operators were focused on discovering near surface<\/span> oxides<\/span><\/strong> and did very limited<\/span> drilling<\/strong> at Graben<\/strong>, leaving this high-grade<\/span> deposit<\/strong> wide open <\/span><\/strong>for expansion. Most of BOGO’s 14,600-acre land package<\/strong> remains untested <\/b><\/font>at depth.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
