First Resource Coming August 2025:<\/strong> Targeting 50–60 million oz AgEq<\/span><\/strong> in the maiden resource<\/strong>, with aim to quickly grow to 100M+ oz<\/strong> in 1Q 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Initial Maiden Resource<\/strong> from Europa + Promontorio<\/strong> veins<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Second Resource (1Q 2026):<\/strong> Add San Jose<\/strong>, Minae<\/strong>, Catera<\/strong>, Pulpito<\/strong>, and Musavas<\/strong> veins<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Already drilled<\/span> 60,000m<\/strong>; estimates 35,000–40,000m more<\/span><\/strong> needed to cross 100M oz<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Targeting 325 g\/t AgEq<\/span><\/strong>, which is double<\/span> the Mexican underground average<\/strong> of ~150 g\/t AgEq<\/span><\/strong> — positioning MGG<\/strong> among the higher-grade<\/strong><\/span> juniors.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Institutional Interest Returning:<\/strong> “Switch flipped<\/span>”<\/strong> last month — banks are now calling<\/span> MGG<\/strong>, interest driven by MAG comparisons<\/span><\/strong> and takeover buzz<\/strong><\/span> in sector.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Historical mine areas (e.g. Minae) already have intercepts<\/strong><\/span> like 9.8m @ 1,000 g\/t AgEq<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Emphasizes stacked vein systems<\/strong> to boost<\/span> tonnage<\/strong> and grade<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

MGG<\/strong> is shaping up to be “the next logical takeover target”<\/strong> — not aiming to build a standalone mine but preparing for PEA and pre-feasibility<\/strong> stages.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Current plan does not<\/span> include building a mill<\/strong> — will leverage toll milling options to stay lean and attractive to acquirers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Model similar to what worked for MAG Silver, SilverCrest, and GoGold.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

With a current market cap far below<\/span><\/strong> those with 50M–100M oz AgEq<\/strong><\/span> resources, a successful<\/span> August resource<\/strong> could trigger a significant<\/span> re-rating<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Being pre-resource but fully permitted<\/span><\/strong> is extremely rare and valuable — a likely magnet<\/strong><\/span> for M&A suitors<\/strong> once scale<\/strong><\/span> is shown.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
