Defense spending<\/strong> is about to explode<\/span> globally<\/span><\/strong> and DRO<\/strong> is the leading<\/span> counterdrone technology<\/span> <\/strong>company with a best-in-class<\/span> customer base<\/strong> including the U.S. Air Force<\/strong>, U.S. State Department<\/strong>, Australian Department of Defence<\/strong>, New Zealand Defence Force<\/strong>, and the U.K. Ministry of Defence<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

DRO’s 2021 revenue<\/strong> more than doubled<\/strong><\/span> to AUD$10.5 million<\/strong>. Including grants<\/strong>, DRO’s 2021 cash receipts almost tripled<\/span><\/strong> to AUD$14.8 million<\/strong>. DRO<\/strong> expects to see very strong growth<\/strong><\/span> in 2022 and will likely turn cash flow positive<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

DRO<\/strong> recently <\/span>completed their first<\/span> Ukraine sale<\/strong> with very favorable<\/span> feedback<\/strong>. More Ukraine related projects<\/strong> are expected to be signed<\/strong><\/span> in the upcoming months and will be a significant growth driver<\/strong><\/span>. DRO’s biggest growth driver<\/span><\/strong> will likely be Middle East orders<\/strong> from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia<\/strong> and United Arab Emirates<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

DRO’s existing<\/span> counterdrone detection products<\/strong> include a meaningful ongoing<\/span> subscription<\/strong>, which will continue to grow<\/strong><\/span> with the number of deployed<\/span> devices<\/strong> in the field. DRO provides<\/span> quarterly software updates<\/strong> and expects to rapidly grow<\/strong><\/span> its recurring<\/span> SaaS (Software as a Service) revenue<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Thales <\/strong>a $26.5 billion<\/span> market cap defence contractor<\/strong> placed a new<\/span> order<\/strong> for DRO’s technology<\/strong> on March 23, 2022. Thales<\/strong> assessed<\/span> DRO’s RfOne detection product<\/strong> over a six-month period in northern France and concluded<\/strong><\/span> that measured detection ranges<\/strong> exceeded<\/span> nominal specifications<\/strong> by 25%<\/strong><\/span>. Thales<\/strong> said, “We are pleased with the performance<\/span> of the DroneShield solutions and look forward to deploying<\/span> them with our global customer base<\/span>.”<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

On March 21, 2022, DRO<\/strong> received a new $2 million<\/span> order<\/strong> from an international<\/span> government agency<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
