When DroneShield (ASX: DRO)<\/strong> was $0.50<\/strong> in January and we said to look for a buyout<\/strong><\/span> in the $1-$2 range<\/strong> before year-end that was us saying that on our own<\/strong><\/span>. The company has never<\/strong><\/span> said it is for sale. We were obviously right<\/strong><\/span> about companies having a need to acquire<\/span> anti-drone technology<\/strong> with DRO’s competitor<\/span> DeDrone<\/strong> getting acquired<\/strong><\/span> by Axon Enterprise (AXON)<\/strong> and AXON<\/strong> has soared<\/strong><\/span> to new record highs<\/strong><\/span> as a result of its acquisition<\/strong><\/span> of DeDrone<\/strong>. DRO<\/strong> did rise to a high<\/strong><\/span> of $2.72 per share<\/strong>, and we said DRO<\/strong> was overvalued<\/strong><\/span> at $2.72<\/strong> and that was likely its peak<\/strong><\/span>. DRO<\/strong> is now $0.68 per share<\/strong> because they simply do not want to sell<\/strong><\/span> themselves to anybody. DRO<\/strong> has a lot of cash<\/strong><\/span> and wants to remain<\/strong><\/span> an independent<\/strong><\/span> company. Is DRO<\/strong> undervalued<\/strong><\/span> here at $0.68 per share<\/strong>? We much rather buy<\/span> DRO<\/strong> at an enterprise value<\/strong> of 7.09X<\/span> revenue<\/strong> than BigBear.ai (BBAI)<\/strong> at an enterprise value<\/strong> of 5.13X<\/span> revenue<\/strong> or Apple (AAPL)<\/strong> at an enterprise value<\/strong> of 9.51X<\/span> revenue<\/strong> or Nvidia (NVDA)<\/strong> at an enterprise value<\/strong> of 31.13X<\/span> revenue<\/strong>. Yes, DRO<\/strong> is undervalued<\/span><\/strong>, but they have a lot of cash<\/strong><\/span> and want to remain independent<\/strong><\/span>. Prior to AXON buying<\/span> DeDrone<\/strong> they went to DRO<\/strong> first, but DRO<\/strong> didn’t<\/strong><\/span> consider<\/strong><\/span> any of their offers<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

One Stop Systems (OSS)<\/strong> by powering<\/span> autonomous military robots<\/strong> on the ocean<\/strong><\/span> is likely to gain many times more<\/strong><\/span> than DRO<\/strong> in the upcoming weeks. It could easily gain by 50%<\/strong><\/span> or more<\/strong><\/span> before the end of 2024.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> is in the process of being <\/strong><\/span>sold<\/strong><\/span> to the highest<\/span> bidder<\/strong>. It is not speculative<\/strong><\/span> that it may get sold. Considering that Richard Warke added US$4 million<\/span><\/strong> worth of shares last year at $1.33 per share<\/strong> it is absolutely mind-boggling<\/strong><\/span> to us it closed today at only $1.38 per share<\/strong>. Do you think Richard Warke ran<\/span><\/strong> this company for four years<\/strong> to sell it for $1.38 per share<\/strong>?!?! He paid $1.20 per share<\/strong> for his initial position in 2020!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
