The company has <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>never<\/strong><\/span> said it is for sale. We were obviously <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>right<\/strong><\/span> about companies having a need to <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">acquire<\/span> anti-drone technology<\/strong> with <strong>DRO&#8217;s <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">competitor<\/span> DeDrone<\/strong> getting <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired<\/strong><\/span> by <strong>Axon Enterprise (AXON)<\/strong> and <strong>AXON<\/strong> has <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>soared<\/strong><\/span> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>new record highs<\/strong><\/span> as a result of its <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquisition<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>DeDrone<\/strong>. <strong>DRO<\/strong> did <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>rise to a high<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>$2.72 per share<\/strong>, and we said <strong>DRO<\/strong> was <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>overvalued<\/strong><\/span> at <strong>$2.72<\/strong> and that was likely its <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>peak<\/strong><\/span>. <strong>DRO<\/strong> is now <strong>$0.68 per share<\/strong> because they simply <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>do not want to sell<\/strong><\/span> themselves to anybody. <strong>DRO<\/strong> has <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>a lot of cash<\/strong><\/span> and wants to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>remain<\/strong><\/span> an <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>independent<\/strong><\/span> company. Is <strong>DRO<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>undervalued<\/strong><\/span> here at <strong>$0.68 per share<\/strong>? We <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">much rather buy<\/span> DRO<\/strong> at an <strong>enterprise value<\/strong> of <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">7.09X<\/span> revenue<\/strong> than <strong>BigBear.ai (BBAI)<\/strong> at an <strong>enterprise value<\/strong> of <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">5.13X<\/span> revenue<\/strong> or <strong>Apple (AAPL)<\/strong> at an <strong>enterprise value<\/strong> of <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">9.51X<\/span> revenue<\/strong> or <strong>Nvidia (NVDA)<\/strong> at an <strong>enterprise value<\/strong> of <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">31.13X<\/span> revenue<\/strong>. Yes, <strong>DRO<\/strong> is <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">undervalued<\/span><\/strong>, but they have <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>a lot of cash<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>want to remain independent<\/strong><\/span>. Prior to <strong>AXON <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">buying<\/span> DeDrone<\/strong> they went to <strong>DRO<\/strong> first, but <strong>DRO<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>didn&#8217;t<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>consider<\/strong><\/span> any of their <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>offers<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>One Stop Systems (OSS)<\/strong> by <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">powering<\/span> autonomous military robots<\/strong> on the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>ocean<\/strong><\/span> is likely to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gain many times more<\/strong><\/span> than <strong>DRO<\/strong> in the upcoming weeks. It could easily <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gain by 50%<\/strong><\/span> or <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>more<\/strong><\/span> before the end of 2024.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> is in the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>process of being <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>sold<\/strong><\/span> to the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">highest<\/span> bidder<\/strong>. It is <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>not speculative<\/strong><\/span> that it may get sold. Considering that <strong>Richard Warke <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">added US$4 million<\/span><\/strong> worth of shares last year at <strong>$1.33 per share<\/strong> it is absolutely <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>mind-boggling<\/strong><\/span> to us it closed today at only <strong>$1.38 per share<\/strong>. Do you think <strong>Richard Warke <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">ran<\/span><\/strong> this company for <strong>four years<\/strong> to sell it for <strong>$1.38 per share<\/strong>?!?! He paid <strong>$1.20 per share<\/strong> for his initial position in 2020!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
