One Stop Systems (OSS)<\/strong> is the only 100% sure thing <\/strong><\/span>winner<\/strong><\/span> we will ever discover<\/strong><\/span> in the AI industry<\/strong> similar to how Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> is the only 100% sure thing<\/span> winner<\/span><\/strong> we will ever discover<\/strong><\/span> in the gold industry<\/strong><\/span>. Once Augusta Gold<\/strong> gets acquired<\/strong><\/span>, we will never<\/strong><\/span> have another sure thing<\/span> gold<\/span> winner<\/span><\/strong> again.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

To be clear, what BigBear.ai (BBAI)<\/strong> does is nothing<\/strong><\/span> like what OSS<\/strong> does. BBAI<\/strong> is not<\/strong><\/span> in the same league<\/strong><\/span> as OSS<\/strong>. We are only comparing BBAI<\/strong> to OSS<\/strong> because they are the only two publicly traded<\/span> military\/defense focused<\/span> AI companie<\/strong>s.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

BBAI<\/strong> has just hit $3.50<\/strong> due to people chasing <\/strong><\/span>momentum<\/strong><\/span>. We are 100% sure<\/strong><\/span> by mid next week everybody will be chasing<\/span> OSS<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

BBAI<\/strong> has 250.59 million shares outstanding for a market cap of $877.065 million<\/strong> and has net debt<\/strong><\/span> of $130.16 million<\/strong><\/span> for an enterprise value<\/strong> of $1.007 billion<\/strong> or 6.50X<\/span> revenue<\/strong> of $154.97 million<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Even though BBAI<\/strong> is a "software" company<\/strong> that YouTubers<\/strong> are pumping<\/strong><\/span> as the next Palantir<\/strong>, software companies like Palantir<\/strong> typically have high<\/span> gross margins<\/strong> of 80%<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

BBAI's gross margins<\/strong> are only 26%<\/strong>. Despite OSS<\/strong> being an AI hardware company<\/strong> that creates<\/span> ruggedized AI servers<\/strong> for defense contractors<\/strong>, OSS<\/strong> has had higher<\/span> gross margins<\/strong> than BBAI<\/strong> for 12 of the last 16 quarters<\/strong>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

BBAI <\/strong>may have revenue growth of 22.12%<\/span><\/strong> last quarter but dilution of 59.32%<\/strong><\/span> year-to-date means BBAI's revenue<\/strong> is declining dramatically<\/strong><\/span> on a per share basis<\/strong>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

OSS's revenue bottomed<\/span><\/strong> in 1Q 2024 at $12.65 million<\/strong> and has since grown<\/strong><\/span> to $13.20 million<\/strong> in 2Q 2024, $13.70 million<\/strong> in 3Q 2024, and is estimated to reach $15 million<\/strong> in 4Q 2024 but will likely exceed<\/span> $15.2 million<\/strong> after this newly announced<\/span> AI contract<\/strong> from earlier this week!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

OSS<\/strong> is a one-of-a-kind<\/span> AI company<\/strong> because only OSS<\/strong> has technology that allows Nvidia GPUs<\/strong> to be used in unmanned surface vessels (USV)<\/strong> for autonomous<\/strong><\/span> military missions<\/strong>. USVs<\/strong> operate<\/strong><\/span> in harsh<\/span> environments<\/strong> with high levels<\/strong><\/span> of ambient temperature<\/strong>, moisture<\/strong><\/span>, and corrosion<\/strong><\/span>, while requiring<\/span> Enterprise Class compute power<\/strong> to operate<\/span> autonomously<\/span><\/strong>, intelligently<\/strong><\/span> and safely<\/strong><\/span>. Super Micro (SMCI)<\/strong> must have a perfectly clean air-conditioned<\/span> server room<\/strong> for its equipment<\/strong> to function properly<\/strong><\/span>, which is why OSS<\/strong> has been dominating<\/span> SMCI<\/strong> in share price performance ever since NIA's initial February 13th suggestion at $2.16 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

OSS<\/strong> remains undiscovered<\/strong><\/span> by the investment community<\/strong>. Even during the initial<\/span> OSS rally of 112%<\/span><\/strong> to $4.58 per share<\/strong> in February, search interest<\/strong> in the company didn't<\/strong><\/span> even register<\/strong><\/span> on Google Trends<\/strong> because it was mainly accumulated<\/strong><\/span> by a select few<\/strong><\/span> of NIA's wealthiest<\/span> members<\/strong>. With OSS set to generate<\/span> revenue<\/strong> of $15.2 million<\/strong> this quarter or $60.8 million annualized<\/strong> an enterprise value of 6.50X<\/span> revenue<\/strong> to match BBAI<\/strong> would give OSS<\/strong> an enterprise value of $395.2 million<\/strong>. OSS<\/strong> has a net cash position<\/span><\/strong> of $11.466 million<\/strong><\/span> so OSS<\/strong> deserves a market cap of $406.67 million<\/strong>. OSS<\/strong> only has 21.11 million shares outstanding<\/strong> so this would value OSS<\/strong> at $19.26 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
