They are <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>competing<\/strong><\/span> against each other for <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">easier<\/span> permitting<\/strong> and <strong>financing<\/strong> to <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">develop new<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold mines<\/span><\/strong>.
