{"id":1885,"date":"2025-07-03T10:49:30","date_gmt":"2025-07-03T14:49:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/?p=1885"},"modified":"2025-10-04T13:29:14","modified_gmt":"2025-10-04T17:29:14","slug":"solaris-resources-tsx-sls-hits-new-26-month-high","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/technicals\/solaris-resources-tsx-sls-hits-new-26-month-high\/","title":{"rendered":"Solaris Resources (TSX: SLS) Hits New 26-Month High"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">On June 12th, <strong>NIA <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">sent out an alert<\/span><\/strong> saying, &quot;At some point in the not-too-distant future <strong>Solaris Resources (TSX: SLS)<\/strong> will be <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired<\/strong><\/span> at a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>large <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>premium<\/strong><\/span>, but we just don&#39;t think the premium will be anywhere close to what <strong>Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> gets <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired<\/strong><\/span> for, which is the only reason we don&#39;t own <strong>SLS<\/strong>. When <strong>SLS<\/strong> gets <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired<\/strong><\/span> all of their <strong>non-Warintza assets<\/strong> will be <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>spun off<\/strong><\/span> to existing shareholders as a <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">new publicly traded<\/span> Solaris Exploration<\/strong> company and it will initially trade with a market cap of approximately $200 million primarily for <strong>J. David Lowell&#39;s La Verde<\/strong> in Mexico.&#8221;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>SLS<\/strong> has just hit a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>new 26-month high<\/strong><\/span> this morning!
