When <strong>Augusta&#8217;s <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">high quality<\/span> EXIM bank financing<\/strong>&nbsp;is <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>finalized<\/strong><\/span> alongside the other financing and strategic investments being negotiated, we expect the current outstanding debt to be eliminated through conversion to shares&#8230; and the <strong>share price<\/strong> will already be <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>significantly higher<\/strong><\/span> when this happens! If <strong>Richard Warke<\/strong> was <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">greedy<\/span>\/<span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">selfish<\/span><\/strong> he would have <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>converted<\/strong><\/span> the <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>debt<\/strong><\/span> into <strong>shares<\/strong> at the <strong>2023 <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">lows<\/span><\/strong>. Instead, he is bringing <strong>Reward<\/strong> into <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>production<\/strong><\/span> with <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>minimal dilution<\/strong><\/span>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Solaris Resources (TSX: SLS) <\/strong>recently signed <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$200 million<\/strong><\/span> in financing agreements with <strong>Royal Gold (RGLD) <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">without<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">issuing<\/span> <\/strong>any<strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">new<\/span> shares<\/strong>. <strong>SLS<\/strong> only gave <strong>RGLD<\/strong> a <strong>stream<\/strong> on a <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">small<\/span> percentage<\/strong> of&nbsp;<strong>Warintza&#8217;s <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">future<\/span><\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">production<\/span><\/strong> plus a <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">tiny<\/span>&nbsp;NSR royalty<\/strong> of <strong>0.30%<\/strong> that could <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>increase<\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;to a maximum of&nbsp;<strong>0.60%<\/strong> (<strong>0.0375% <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">increase<\/span><\/strong> per year up to eight years until the&nbsp;<strong>mine <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">enters<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">production<\/span><\/strong>). <strong>SLS<\/strong> will <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>never<\/strong><\/span> have to <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>print<\/strong><\/span> any <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">new<\/span> shares<\/strong> again.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> and <strong>Solaris Resources (TSX: SLS)<\/strong> have almost <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>no resistance<\/strong><\/span> in the market!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
