It <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">operated for over<\/span> 125 years<\/strong> from 1876 through 2002 and <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>produced<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>43.9 million oz of gold<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>DC<\/strong> is currently <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>drilling<\/strong><\/span> at its <strong>Maitland <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">Gold Project<\/span><\/strong> located approximately <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>three miles north<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>contiguous<\/strong><\/span> with the <strong>Homestake Mine <\/strong>the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>richest<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong> gold mine<\/strong><\/span> in U.S. history!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">One week ago, <strong>DC<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>announced<\/strong><\/span> that it <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>intercepted extremely high grades<\/strong><\/span> of <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>gold<\/strong><\/span> at <strong>Maitland<\/strong>. <strong>DC <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">intercepted<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">25.03 g\/t gold<\/span><\/strong> <strong>over 4.4 meters<\/strong>. In another drill hole, <strong>DC <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">intercepted<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">9.36 g\/t gold<\/span> over 2.62 meters<\/strong>. The <strong>width<\/strong>, <strong>grade<\/strong> and <strong>stratigraphy<\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>intercepts<\/strong><\/span> identified at <strong>Maitland<\/strong> to date are <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>analogous<\/strong><\/span> to the <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>gold mineralization<\/strong><\/span> found in the <strong>&#8220;West Ledge&#8221;<\/strong> system at the historic <strong>Homestake Mine<\/strong> that <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>produced over<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>6 million oz of gold<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>DC&#8217;s drill holes <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">targeting<\/span> Homestake Mine-style <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold mineralization<\/span><\/strong> have now <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">produced multiple high-grade<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold intercepts<\/span><\/strong> in at least <strong>three distinct ledges<\/strong> within the <strong>JB Gold Zone<\/strong> at <strong>Maitland<\/strong>: <strong>34 Ledge<\/strong>, <strong>35 Ledge<\/strong> and <strong>36 Ledge<\/strong>. Drilling at <strong>Maitland<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>transitioning<\/strong><\/span> from <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>wider spacing<\/strong><\/span> of approximately <strong>250 meters<\/strong>, to <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>tighter spacing<\/strong><\/span> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>delineate<\/strong><\/span> the <strong>ledges<\/strong> now <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>outlined<\/strong><\/span> which <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>remain open <\/strong><\/span>along<strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span>strike<\/strong> and to <strong>depth<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>DC&#8217;s <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">brand-new high-grade<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold discoveries<\/span><\/strong> at <strong>Maitland<\/strong> are located at a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>much shallower depth<\/strong><\/span> than <strong>exploration results<\/strong> from the <strong>upper portion<\/strong> of the <strong>West Ledge<\/strong> system at <strong>Homestake<\/strong>. In the <strong>West Ledge<\/strong> system at <strong>Homestake<\/strong>, which ultimately <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>produced over<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>6 million oz of gold<\/strong><\/span>, the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">highest <\/span><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold grades<\/span><\/strong> were <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>encountered<\/strong><\/span> at <strong>depths<\/strong> that <strong>DC&rsquo;s exploration programs<\/strong> have <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>not <\/strong><\/span>yet <strong>drill tested<\/strong>. <strong>DC<\/strong> has <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>exclusive access<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>145 years <\/strong>of<strong> historical drilling data<\/strong> for the <strong>Homestake District<\/strong> and based on this data it <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>fully expects to find<\/strong><\/span> even <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">higher<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold grades<\/span><\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">additional<\/span> ledges<\/strong> as <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>drilling continues<\/strong><\/span> at its <strong>Maitland <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">Gold Project<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>directly to the north<\/strong><\/span> of the <strong>Homestake Mine<\/strong> the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">#1 richest<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold mine<\/span><\/strong> in U.S. history.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>DC<\/strong> is also currently <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>drilling<\/strong><\/span> at <strong>Richmond Hill<\/strong>, which is located <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>2.3 miles west<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>Maitland<\/strong> and <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>1.5 miles north<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>Coeur Mining&rsquo;s <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">active<\/span> Wharf Mine<\/strong>, which <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>produced<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>93,502 oz of gold<\/strong><\/span> in 2023. Both <strong>Richmond Hill<\/strong> and <strong>Maitland<\/strong> are located on <strong>private land<\/strong> and will <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>provide<\/strong><\/span> <strong>operational synergies<\/strong> due to their <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>close proximity<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>DC<\/strong> currently has <strong>four drills on site<\/strong> at its properties in the <strong>Homestake District<\/strong> of <strong>South Dakota<\/strong>. We expect to see <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">consistent<\/span> news flow<\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>drilling <\/strong><\/span><strong>results<\/strong> for a long time to come.
