In May 2022, NIA introduced<\/strong> its members to gold’s “moon indicator”<\/strong> a set of three conditions<\/strong> that when met together at the same time<\/strong> results in gold making massive gains<\/strong> over the following 12-, 24-, and 36-month time periods 100% of the time<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) A gold price<\/strong> of less than 2.75%<\/strong> of M2 Money Supply Per Capita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) A U.S. Dollar Index (DXY)<\/strong> of above 102<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) A negative Real Fed Funds Rate<\/strong> (U.S. inflation rate higher <\/strong>than Fed Funds Rate<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gold<\/strong> spent most of July through November<\/strong> meeting<\/strong> these three conditions<\/strong>, but gold’s moon indicator ended<\/strong> at the start of December when gold returned to above 2.75% <\/strong>of M2 Money Supply Per Capita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Historically, when gold enters<\/strong> into its moon indicator<\/strong> for the first time in years, it sometimes dips lower<\/strong> in price before it explodes higher<\/strong>. Gold makes its largest<\/strong> short<\/strong>, medium<\/strong>, and long-term gains<\/strong> from the very last day<\/strong> of meeting<\/strong> its moon indicator<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gold’s<\/strong> final day<\/strong> meeting<\/strong> all three conditions<\/strong> of its moon indicator<\/strong> was November 30th<\/strong> when it settled at $1,753.50 per oz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
