These are <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">two of the most valuable<\/span> mineral deposits<\/strong> in all of Mexico.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>DEX<\/strong> is receiving <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>zero<\/strong><\/span> value for these <strong>royalties<\/strong>. <strong>DEX<\/strong> is currently trading for <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>below<\/strong><\/span> its <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>cash position<\/strong><\/span> of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$0.28 per share<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">If the <strong>legal situation<\/strong> regarding these <strong>two deposits<\/strong> gets <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>resolved<\/strong><\/span> after the <strong>election<\/strong>, <strong>DEX <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">goes straight<\/span><\/strong> to <strong>$2-$3 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">Even if the <strong>legal situation <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">isn&#39;t<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">resolved<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>DEX<\/strong> will <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">announce<\/span> drilling programs<\/strong> soon in both <strong>Arizona<\/strong> and <strong>Nevada<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">targeting new<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold<\/span>\/<span style=\"color:#d35400;\">copper porphyry<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">discoveries<\/span><\/strong> similar to <strong>El Cobre<\/strong>.
