As soon as <strong>NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> saw that they were <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquiring<\/strong><\/span> the <strong>San Luis Project<\/strong> he began <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>accumulating<\/strong><\/span> a stake but didn&#8217;t want to suggest publicly because it is <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>very high risk<\/strong><\/span>. After the recent gains of our <strong>Power Nickel (TSXV: PNPN)<span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"> rising by 775.76%<\/span><\/strong> due to an <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">extremely high-grade<\/span> deposit<\/strong> we decided the <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>biggest risk<\/strong><\/span> is <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>not<\/strong><\/span> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>suggest<\/strong><\/span> <strong>HSLV<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>HSLV&#8217;s <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold grades<\/span><\/strong> are in the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>top 1%<\/strong><\/span> of all <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>gold projects<\/strong><\/span> and their <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>silver grades<\/strong><\/span> are in the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>top 5%-10%<\/strong><\/span> of all <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>silver projects<\/strong><\/span>, but no other project has <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>both<\/strong><\/span>! It is important to understand that part of <strong>HSLV<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>rising big<\/strong><\/span> over the <strong>next 12-18 months<\/strong> will be all of the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>hype<\/strong><\/span>, but similar to <strong>PNPN<\/strong> there is <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">no<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">proof<\/span><\/strong> that they have an <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>economically extractable <\/strong><\/span><strong>deposit<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>a lot more certain<\/strong><\/span> of a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>huge<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong> winner<\/strong><\/span> because they are in <strong>Nevada<\/strong> the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">#1 best<\/span> jurisdiction<\/strong> in the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>world<\/strong><\/span> and their <strong>Reward<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>100% oxide gold<\/strong><\/span> with <strong>Bullfrog <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">94% oxide gold <\/span><\/strong>meaning <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">lower <\/span><\/strong><strong>production costs<\/strong> (<strong>heap leaching<\/strong>), <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">faster<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">payback<\/span> <\/strong>of<strong> initial capital expenditures (CAPEX)<\/strong>, <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">lower<\/span> technical risks<\/strong>, and <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>higher <\/strong><\/span><strong>likelihood<\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>profitable <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>scalable<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><strong>operations<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">Even if <strong>AngloGold Ashanti (AU) <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">wasn&#8217;t<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">consolidating<\/span><\/strong> their entire district, and even if this <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>wasn&#8217;t<\/strong><\/span> the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">#1 largest new<\/span> U.S. <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold district<\/span><\/strong> set for <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>development<\/strong><\/span> this decade, and even if their <strong>Reward <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">Gold Project<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>wasn&#8217;t<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>fully permitted<\/strong><\/span>, and even if they <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>didn&#8217;t<\/strong><\/span> have <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">proven<\/span> &amp; <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">probable<\/span> reserves<\/strong>, and even if they <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">didn&#8217;t<\/span><\/strong> have a <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">competent<\/span> management team<\/strong> with over <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$4.5 billion<\/strong><\/span> in <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">successful<\/span> exits<\/strong>&#8230; there is <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">no<\/span> other <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">publicly traded<\/span> company<\/strong> with a <strong>market cap<\/strong> this <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>low<\/strong><\/span> that <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">owns<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">1.92 million oz<\/span><\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>95%+ oxide gold resources<\/strong><\/span> with<strong> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">oxide gold grades<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">above<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">0.50 g\/t<\/span><\/strong> all in close proximity in the <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">same<\/span> Nevada district<\/strong>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">The only <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>risk<\/strong><\/span> with <strong>Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> is their <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>debt<\/strong><\/span> but because it is owed to its<strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">largest<\/span> shareholder<\/strong>, and he is also the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">largest<\/span> shareholder<\/strong> of <strong>HSLV<\/strong> he <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>isn&#8217;t<\/strong><\/span> going to <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">screw<\/span> us over<\/strong>. He has every reason to sell the company to the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">highest<\/span> bidder.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">Regarding <strong>One Stop Systems (OSS)<\/strong>, we <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">research<\/span> hundreds of companies<\/strong> every month and when <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>screening<\/strong><\/span> for <strong>companies<\/strong> to <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>research<\/strong><\/span> in the <strong>technology sector<\/strong> we almost always use <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">positive<\/span> year-over-year revenue <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">growth <\/span><\/strong>as a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>filter<\/strong><\/span>. As companies like <strong>BigBear.ai (BBAI)<\/strong> and <strong>SoundHound (SOUN) <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">decline by 80%-90%<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>OSS<\/strong> will be one of the only <strong>AI stocks<\/strong> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>make large gains<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>OSS<\/strong> is a <strong>Nvidia Elite Partner<\/strong> in the <strong>AI infrastructure space<\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">produces<\/span> AI datacenter products<\/strong>, but their <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>biggest growth<\/strong><\/span> will come from the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>production<\/strong><\/span> of <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">ruggedized<\/span> at the edge AI servers <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">powering<\/span><\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">future<\/span> battlefields<\/strong> in the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>air<\/strong><\/span>, on <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>land<\/strong><\/span>, at <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>sea<\/strong><\/span>, and in <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>space<\/strong><\/span>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">We always said since we first suggested <strong>OSS<\/strong> one year ago at <strong>$2.16 per share<\/strong> that it was going to have <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">negative<\/span> year-over-year revenue <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">growth<\/span><\/strong> for <strong>twelve months<\/strong> and its <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>real move<\/strong><\/span> will take place after it <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>returns<\/strong><\/span> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>positive growth<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
