Gold<\/strong><\/span> has just hit a new all-time high<\/strong><\/span> this morning.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Borealis Mining (TSXV: BOGO)<\/strong> currently $0.71 per share<\/strong> is a newly listed<\/span> company<\/strong> with a fully permitted <\/strong><\/span>operational-ready<\/strong> <\/strong><\/span>gold mine <\/strong><\/span>in Nevada.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

BOGO<\/strong> has 83,220,583 shares outstanding<\/strong> and owns 100%<\/strong><\/span> of the Borealis Mine<\/strong>, which is equipped<\/strong><\/span> with active heap leach pads<\/strong>, an ADR facility<\/strong>, and all necessary<\/span> infrastructure<\/strong> to support<\/strong><\/span> a heap leach gold mining operation<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

BOGO<\/strong> has the ability to pour <\/strong><\/span>gold<\/strong><\/span> on site<\/strong> and intends to introduce<\/span> cyanide<\/strong> to fresh ore<\/strong> on the leach pad<\/strong> and begin<\/strong><\/span> crushing<\/strong><\/span>, stacking<\/strong><\/span>, and processing<\/strong><\/span> its ~350,000-ton stockpile<\/strong> of oxide ore<\/strong><\/span> from previous mining operations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

The mine<\/strong> was previously owned<\/strong><\/span> by private equity<\/strong> firm Waterton<\/strong>, which has been liquidating<\/strong><\/span> its assets<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Rob McEwen<\/strong>, Founder and CEO of NYSE listed McEwen Mining<\/strong> and former Chairman and CEO of Goldcorp<\/strong>, has acquired<\/span> Waterton’s stake<\/strong> in BOGO<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

The Borealis mine<\/strong> has historically produced<\/strong><\/span> approximately 625,000 oz of gold<\/strong><\/span> at average grades of 1.77 g\/t gold<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

In addition to hosting<\/span> near-surface<\/span> oxide gold<\/span><\/strong> for its onsite processing plant<\/strong>, the Borealis property<\/strong> also contains high-grade<\/span> high-sulfidation epithermal sulfides<\/strong> at depth.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
