Borealis Mining (TSXV: BOGO)<\/strong> closed Friday at a new all-time high<\/strong><\/span> of $1.34 per share<\/strong> which for investors in NIA’s Gold Bull Resources<\/strong> (acquired<\/strong><\/span> by BOGO<\/strong>) who received 0.93x<\/span> BOGO shares<\/strong> is equivalent to $1.2462 per share<\/strong> for a gain of 211.55%<\/strong><\/span> since NIA’s Gold Bull Resources<\/strong> suggestion at $0.40 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Gold Bull Resources<\/strong> had a market cap of CAD$4 million<\/strong> when we suggested it and would easily be worth CAD$40 million<\/strong> today and BOGO’s existing infrastructure<\/strong> at the Borealis<\/strong> mine is worth an estimated CAD$125.25 million<\/strong> based on the initial CAPEX<\/strong><\/span> to construct<\/span> Augusta Gold’s Reward Gold Project<\/strong> in their feasibility study.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

We know BOGO<\/strong> has a historical non-43-101 resource<\/strong> of approximately 2 million oz<\/strong><\/span> but most of it is contained in the Graben sulfide deposit<\/strong>. We don’t know how much oxide gold<\/strong><\/span> still exists at the Borealis<\/strong> mine, but they have intercepted significant<\/strong><\/span> oxide gold<\/strong><\/span> in multiple drill holes<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

BOGO<\/strong> seems undervalued<\/strong><\/span> at a CAD$154.636 million<\/strong> market cap<\/strong> but does it have as much upside<\/strong><\/span> as Total Metals (TSXV: TT)<\/strong>?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

When Total Metals (TSXV: TT)<\/strong> completes its acquisition<\/strong><\/span> of the High Lake<\/strong> and West Hawk Lake gold projects<\/span><\/strong> it will have approximately 49.7 million shares outstanding<\/strong> and about $4 million in cash<\/strong><\/span> leftover to start work<\/strong><\/span> on their flagship polymetallic <\/span>copper<\/span><\/strong>, zinc<\/strong><\/span>, gold<\/strong><\/span>, silver<\/span> Electrolode<\/strong> project. At its current price of $0.92 per share<\/strong> we are talking about a market cap<\/strong> of only CAD$45.72 million<\/strong> or USD$32.79 million<\/strong> when Total Metals<\/strong> is going to own two of the highest-grade <\/strong><\/span>gold projects<\/strong><\/span> in all of Canada.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
