TT gained by 9.80%<\/span><\/strong> today to a new all-time closing high<\/strong><\/span> of $1.12 per share<\/strong> on strong<\/strong> <\/font>volume<\/strong> of 157,810 shares<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TT post-acquisition<\/span><\/strong> will have approximately 49.7 million shares outstanding<\/strong> for a market cap<\/strong> at $1.12 per share<\/strong> of only CAD$55.66 million<\/strong> or USD$39.64 million<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

High Lake<\/strong> has a high-grade<\/strong><\/span> indicated resource <\/strong>of 45,800 oz Au<\/span> @ 9.38 g\/t Au<\/span><\/strong> and an inferred 96,200 oz Au<\/span> @ 10.43 g\/t Au<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

West Hawk Lake<\/strong> has a high-grade<\/span> non-43-101 historical resource<\/strong> of 204,292 oz Au<\/span> @ 13.90 g\/t Au<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

It is important to understand that High Lake's high-grade<\/span> resources<\/strong> come entirely from the Purdex Zone<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
