We would argue yes<\/strong><\/span> but Trio-Tech International (TRT)<\/strong> at its current price of $7.21 per share<\/strong> at a market cap of US$31.138 million<\/span><\/strong> is the best overall<\/span> investment<\/strong> we have ever seen in our careers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRT<\/strong> has $19.5 million<\/strong><\/span> in cash+deposits<\/strong> and their "Customer A" AMD gained by 7.63%<\/span><\/strong> today to a new all-time high<\/strong><\/span> of $252.92 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

On June 17th, six weeks before our suggestion of Viva Gold (TSXV: VAU)<\/strong> the stock was $0.20 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

GDX<\/strong> and GDXJ<\/strong> are both up by 36%<\/strong><\/span> since June 17th so in an absolute worst-case<\/span> scenario<\/strong>… Viva<\/strong> will hit $0.27 per share<\/strong> in the weeks ahead.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The question is… will VAU<\/strong> and TRT gain as much<\/span><\/strong> as the highest quality high-grade<\/span> gold stocks<\/span><\/strong>: Total Metals (TSXV: TT)<\/strong> which is likely to close on its acquisition<\/strong><\/span> of High Lake<\/strong> and West Hawk Lake<\/strong> next week and North Peak Resources (TSXV: NPR)<\/strong> the #1 highest quality high-grade<\/span> gold play<\/span><\/strong> in all of Nevada?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Both TT<\/strong> and NPR<\/strong> are early-stage<\/strong><\/span> companies they are the ones making acquisitions<\/strong><\/span>, so they won't<\/strong><\/span> get acquired<\/strong><\/span> at a triple digit <\/strong><\/span>premium<\/strong><\/span> like Viva Gold (TSXV: VAU)<\/strong> most likely will unless they can prove<\/strong><\/span> themselves first.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

So, they have higher risk<\/strong><\/span> but instead of triple digit gains<\/strong><\/span> you have potential for quadruple digit gains<\/strong><\/span> if drilling goes well.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

NPR<\/strong> has potential to discover high-grade <\/strong><\/span>gold<\/strong><\/span> across four separate targets<\/strong> on its property before year-end. NPR doesn't<\/span><\/strong> need to get bought out<\/span><\/strong> it just needs some of these drill holes<\/strong> to intercept high-grade <\/strong><\/span>gold<\/strong><\/span> at the Prospect Mountain Mine Complex<\/strong> directly adjacent to the north<\/strong><\/span> of McEwen Inc (MUX)'s Windfall deposit<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
