We showed you the statistics this week that when gold's<\/span> managed money net long<\/span> position<\/strong> in the futures+options market<\/strong> becomes negative<\/strong><\/span>, gold<\/strong><\/span> achieves a median<\/span> forward one-year gain of 19.73%<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

That sounds a lot better<\/strong><\/span> than T-Bills earning 5%<\/span><\/strong> or long-term U.S. treasuries<\/strong> that could lose 50%<\/strong><\/span> of their market value<\/strong> within 2-3 years of buying them like TLT<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

That sounds a lot better<\/span><\/strong> than AAPL<\/strong> trading at an enterprise value<\/strong> of 7.481X<\/span> revenue<\/strong> despite revenue down by -1.40%<\/span><\/strong> year-over-year.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

That sounds a lot better <\/strong><\/span>than NVDA<\/strong> trading at an enterprise value<\/strong> of 35.29X<\/span> revenue<\/strong>, which is relying on fake<\/span> demand<\/strong> from CoreWeave<\/strong> and Tether<\/strong> for its "growth<\/span>"<\/strong>. How many of their GPUs<\/strong> are actually being used<\/strong><\/span> in real life and not stored in a closet? NVDA<\/strong> is down<\/strong><\/span> today by the most<\/strong><\/span> in a month!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

That sounds a lot better <\/strong><\/span>than buying into<\/strong><\/span> a Real Estate market<\/strong> where a flood of supply<\/strong><\/span> from failing<\/strong><\/span> Airbnb<\/strong> superhosts<\/strong> could suddenly hit<\/strong><\/span> the market<\/strong> at any time causing prices to collapse<\/strong><\/span>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Gold<\/strong><\/span> is the only place left to invest<\/strong><\/span>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Unfortunately, gold mines<\/strong><\/span> are being depleted<\/strong><\/span> and global<\/strong><\/span> gold production<\/strong><\/span> is rapidly declining<\/strong><\/span>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
