NIA’s President added<\/span><\/strong> 1,000 shares of Contango ORE (NYSE American: CTGO)<\/strong> last week, doubling<\/span> his position<\/strong> ahead of today’s major presentation at the 2025 Precious Metals Summit in Zurich<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

CTGO<\/strong> told investors today:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

“We have 15.5 million shares outstanding<\/strong>, $100 million<\/span> in the bank<\/strong>, and we’re generating over $100 million<\/span> of free cash flow per year<\/strong>.”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

The company expects that as its Lucky Shot<\/strong> and Johnson Tract<\/strong> mines come online, free cash flow will rise to<\/span> $15 per share annually<\/strong>. This is an extraordinary <\/strong><\/span>projection<\/strong><\/span> compared to CTGO’s<\/strong> current share price of $22.44 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Fully Funded Growth Without Dilution<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n

CTGO’s near-term focus<\/span><\/strong> is bringing its fully permitted<\/span> Lucky Shot Mine<\/strong> into production<\/strong><\/span> with an initial CAPEX of only $50 million<\/strong>, which it is fully funded<\/span> <\/strong>for today.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

    Lucky Shot<\/strong> will increase<\/span> CTGO’s annual attributable gold <\/span>production<\/span><\/strong> from 60,000 oz to 100,000 oz<\/strong> for a 66.7% increase<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t

    Once Johnson Tract<\/strong> begins production, annual output will double<\/span> to 200,000 oz<\/strong> without<\/span> shareholder dilution<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Lucky Shot: Drilling Underway This Winter<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n

    CTGO<\/strong> announced in Zurich:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

    “The drill actually arrives<\/span> this week.”<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

    This winter, CTGO <\/strong>will complete 15,000 meters of underground drilling<\/strong> from existing workings, expected to define<\/span><\/strong> 400,000–500,000 ounces<\/strong> at 10–12 g\/t gold<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

    The company emphasized<\/span> Lucky Shot’s rich<\/span> history<\/strong>:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

    “When this mine was shut down<\/span>, President Roosevelt used the War Act to close<\/span> all U.S. gold mines<\/span>, not<\/span> because it ran out of ore. We’re simply drilling down-dip from where they mined<\/span> a quarter million ounces before.”<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

    CTGO<\/strong> added:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

    “We’re fully permitted<\/span> as a mining operation. The underground infrastructure is already in place<\/span>.”<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

    CTGO<\/strong> also revealed it is evaluating<\/strong><\/span> an offer to ship ore to Taiwan for processing<\/strong>, noting the railroad is only 15 miles away<\/strong>, allowing multiple transport options north or south.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

    Johnson Tract: Next Major Catalyst<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n

    Regarding Johnson Tract<\/strong>, CTGO<\/strong> described it as:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

    “A beautiful<\/span>, high-grade<\/span> polymetallic<\/span> ore body — gold<\/span>, silver<\/span>, copper<\/span>, lead<\/span>, zinc<\/span> — with gold<\/span> and silver<\/span> making up 70–75%<\/span> of value.”<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

    Located on Cook Inlet Native Corporation land<\/strong>, Johnson Tract benefits<\/span><\/strong> from federal easements for coastal access<\/span><\/strong> and a supportive permitting pathway<\/strong><\/span> thanks to its critical metals<\/strong> component.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

    CTGO<\/strong> said:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

    “We expect to have<\/span> our permits in hand<\/span> by Q1 2026<\/strong>. Next summer, we’ll build<\/span> the 3-mile road to the portal site, winterize camp, and start<\/span> the tunnel.”<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

    With an average<\/span> grade<\/strong> of 9 g\/t gold equivalent<\/strong><\/span>, CTGO<\/strong> plans to ship ore to an existing mill<\/strong> rather than build its own thereby continuing its Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) model<\/strong> that eliminates<\/strong><\/span> the need for costly<\/span> mills<\/strong> and tailings facilities<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
