We wrote:\n<\/p>\n\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\n<strong>\u201cWe <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">don\u2019t<\/span> think the TSX Venture\u2019s 2023 <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">lows<\/span> will ever be seen again, but after so many straight months of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">gains<\/span>, strong <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">resistance<\/span> is likely near the 2021 <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">highs<\/span>. Ultimately it will <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">break out<\/span> far <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">above<\/span> the 2021 <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">highs<\/span>, but not immediately.\u201d<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\nLooking at the long-term chart, the recent short-term peak happened exactly where it should have:\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/tsxventurecompositeindexnov13thchart.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:600px; height:auto;\"><br>\nFrom the <strong>November 2023 <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">low<\/span> of 506.65<\/strong> to the <strong>October 2025 <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">high<\/span> of 1,037.22<\/strong>, the <strong>TSX Venture <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">surged<\/span><\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">104.72%<\/span> in just 23 months<\/strong>. This mirrors the index\u2019s <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>worst<\/strong><\/span> bull market in history&#8230; the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">101.46% gain<\/span> from January 2016 to January 2018<\/strong>, which took 24 months.\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\n<strong>Natural resource investors<\/strong> have been following this pattern closely. Many concluded that, at <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>minimum<\/strong><\/span>, the <strong>TSX Venture<\/strong> would likely <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">double<\/span> off the November 2023 <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">bottom<\/span><\/strong>, creating a logical <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">early<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">profit-taking<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">zone<\/span><\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\nDuring the <strong>2016\u20132018<\/strong> run, the <strong>TSX Venture\u2019s<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>101.46%<\/strong><\/span> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">gain outperformed<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold\u2019s<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>28.73% rise<\/strong><\/span> (from $1,061.20\/oz to $1,366.05\/oz) by a factor of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>3.53x<\/strong><\/span>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\nBut this cycle is different.\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\nFrom <strong>November 2023 to October 2025<\/strong>, while the <strong>TSX Venture <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">climbed<\/span><\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">104.72%<\/span><\/strong>, <strong><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">exploded<\/span><\/strong> from <strong>$1,928.10\/oz to $4,381.48\/oz<\/strong>, a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>massive 127.24% gain<\/strong><\/span>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">In other words:<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:16px; font-weight:bold;\">\nSince November 2023, the TSX Venture has been <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">underperforming<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold<\/span>&#8230; something that has <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">never<\/span> happened in any previous TSX Venture <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">bull<\/span> market.\n<\/h3>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\nThis makes one thing absolutely clear:\n<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:16px; font-weight:bold;\">\nIt is <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">100% impossible<\/span> for the TSX Venture\u2019s <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">bull<\/span> market to be <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">over<\/span>.\n<\/h3>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\nWe are still only in the <strong>early innings<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\nHowever, as we <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>warned<\/strong><\/span> in our October 23rd alert:\n<\/p>\n\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\n<strong>\u201cIt will <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">no longer<\/span> be possible to <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">blindly<\/span> throw a dart at <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">high-risk<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold stocks<\/span> and <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">make money<\/span> in 2026.\u201d<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px;\">\nThis is where NIA thrives.
