During this same period, <strong>First Mining <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">outperformed<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><strong>GDX by <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">2.61&times;<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\t<li><strong>GDXJ by <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">2.49&times;<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\t<li><strong>TSX Venture Composite by <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">4.79&times;<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\t<li><strong>VOO by <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">10.49&times;<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/div>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"526\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/firstminingoutperformance-1024x526.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/firstminingoutperformance-1024x526.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/firstminingoutperformance-300x154.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/firstminingoutperformance-768x394.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/firstminingoutperformance.jpg 1365w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:1.6;\">\n<p>For <strong>six consecutive months<\/strong>, NIA has been preparing its members for one of the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>biggest <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>near-term<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong> catalysts<\/strong><\/span> in the entire mining sector: <strong>environmental <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">approval<\/span> <\/strong>for <strong>First Mining&rsquo;s Springpole <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">Gold Project<\/span><\/strong>, which would formally position <strong>Springpole<\/strong> as <strong>Canada&rsquo;s <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">next<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">major<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold mine<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>NIA has repeatedly emphasized that <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">no<\/span> technology or crypto-related stock has a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">short-term<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">catalyst<\/span> even remotely comparable<\/strong> to what <strong>First Mining<\/strong> is on the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>verge of achieving<\/strong><\/span>. We even made an effort to identify a single tech or crypto play with similar asymmetry. For a brief moment, we considered <strong>Bed Bath &amp; Beyond (BBBY)<\/strong> due to the potential <strong>tZERO<\/strong> IPO. Although <strong>BBBY <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">spiked<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"> <strong>80.71%<\/strong><\/span> within three months of us identifying that catalyst, the <strong>window <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">slammed shut<\/span><\/strong>. And after <strong>NIA <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">accurately<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">predicted<\/span><\/strong> the <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>collapses<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>Bullish (BLSH)<\/strong> and <strong>Circle (CRCL)<\/strong>, followed by the <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>disastrous<\/strong><\/span> IPO of <strong>Gemini (GEMI)<\/strong>, the <strong>crypto sector<\/strong> has become&#8230; for all intents and purposes: <strong>dead money<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The only companies with<strong> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">short-term<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">upside catalysts<\/span><\/strong> <strong>on the same scale<\/strong> as <strong>First Mining Gold (TSX: FF)<\/strong> are also in the <strong>mining sector<\/strong>. Of particular note is <strong>Minaurum Gold (TSXV: MGG)<\/strong>, which will <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>publish<\/strong><\/span> its <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>maiden silver resource estimate<\/strong><\/span> at the <strong>Alamos <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">Silver Project<\/span><\/strong> before year-end. That catalyst <em>could<\/em> surpass First Mining&rsquo;s only because <strong><span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">silver<\/span> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">building massive<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">momentum <\/span><\/strong>and the market is positioned entirely wrong!<\/p>\n\n<p>NIA first met <strong>First Mining Founder &amp; Chairman Keith Neumeyer<\/strong> <strong>16.5 years ago <\/strong>on <strong>May 11, 2009<\/strong> at the Hard Assets Investment Conference in NYC. He was presenting <strong>First Majestic Silver (TSX: AG)<\/strong> and <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>fighting<\/strong><\/span> with a <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">malfunctioning<\/span> laptop<\/strong>, but when we <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>spoke<\/strong><\/span> with him afterward, he was <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>friendly<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>genuine<\/strong><\/span>.
