In some ways, CTGO’s Johnson Tract<\/strong> is superior<\/strong><\/span> to MGG’s Alamos<\/strong>, HSLV’s San Luis<\/strong>, and PNPN’s NISK<\/strong>, but CTGO’s Johnson Tract<\/strong> is adjacent<\/strong><\/span> to where many brown bears<\/strong><\/span> live and there is a high-profile public<\/span> campaign<\/strong> taking place to stop<\/span> CTGO’s Johnson Tract<\/strong> from being developed<\/strong><\/span>. Unlike Northern Dynasty Minerals (NAK)’s Pebble Mine<\/strong> which has a 2-15%<\/span> chance<\/strong> of being permitted<\/strong><\/span> and developed<\/strong><\/span>, NIA considers CTGO’s Johnson Tract<\/strong> to have an 85-95%<\/span> chance<\/strong> of being permitted<\/strong><\/span> and developed<\/strong><\/span> due to a combination<\/strong><\/span> of 1) President Trump’s strong support<\/span><\/strong> of Alaska’s mining industry<\/strong>, 2) President Trump’s strong support<\/span><\/strong> for expedited permitting<\/strong><\/span> of new<\/span> U.S. mines <\/strong>to increase <\/strong><\/span>domestic<\/strong><\/span> production<\/strong><\/span> of critical minerals<\/strong> like gold<\/strong><\/span> and copper<\/strong><\/span>, 3) CTGO’s direct-shipping-ore model<\/strong> which will allow Johnson Tract<\/strong> to be developed<\/strong><\/span> without<\/strong><\/span> any on site mill<\/strong> or tailings facility<\/strong>! If CTGO’s Johnson Tract<\/strong> gets permitted<\/strong><\/span>, CTGO instantly<\/span><\/strong> becomes a $1-$2 billion<\/span> market cap <\/strong>company within days and nobody<\/strong><\/span> will ever think about<\/strong> or mention NAK<\/strong> and its Pebble Mine<\/strong> again! Johnson Tract<\/strong> will be Alaska’s #1 most significant newly developed<\/span> mine<\/strong> in decades!”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

The first<\/span> U.S. mining project<\/strong> to receive<\/span> FAST-41<\/strong> was actually Arizona Mining’s Hermosa\/Taylor Project<\/strong> after it got acquired<\/strong><\/span> by South32<\/strong> for $2.1 billion<\/strong><\/span> or 1,576% above<\/span><\/strong> NIA’s suggestion price. With CTGO’s Johnson Tract receiving<\/span> FAST-41<\/strong>, NIA is 100% sure<\/strong><\/span> that CTGO<\/strong> will become a $1-$2 billion<\/span> market cap<\/strong> company in 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

The same backers of Arizona Mining<\/strong> are now behind Highlander Silver (TSX: HSLV)<\/strong> and we believe it will also achieve a $1-$2 billion<\/span> market cap<\/strong> in 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

North Peak Resources (TSXV: NPR)<\/strong> will soon release drilling results<\/strong> for 5 different parts of their property: 1) Where they made a high-grade <\/strong><\/span>gold discovery<\/strong><\/span> in 2024, 2) Where Homestake Mining<\/strong> (the world’s largest gold miner at the time) made a high-grade <\/strong><\/span>gold discovery<\/strong><\/span> in 2001, 3) An undrilled<\/span> oxide gold<\/span> target<\/strong> that is above<\/strong><\/span> one of the highest grade past producing<\/strong><\/span> sections of the Prospect Mountain Mine Complex<\/strong> where they found elevated <\/strong><\/span>gold<\/strong><\/span> soil samples<\/strong>, 4) The Dean Cave Complex<\/strong> where NPR discovered high-grade<\/span> gold samples<\/span><\/strong> earlier this year, 5) The surface stockpile<\/strong> of material that NPR<\/strong> is already permitted<\/strong><\/span> to begin processing<\/strong><\/span> and will allow the company to begin generating<\/span> revenue<\/strong> in 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
