Gold<\/strong><\/span> and silver<\/strong><\/span> are continuing to hit new all-time highs<\/strong><\/span> this morning!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Many people don’t know this but before Richard Warke<\/strong> became the 3,015th richest<\/strong><\/span> person in the world he had a huge problem<\/strong><\/span> in 1997 when the Bre-X<\/strong> scandal unfolded. He obviously had nothing to do with Bre-X (although Peter Munk desperately wanted the rights to it), but when Bre-X was exposed as a fraud it caused all Indonesia gold explorers<\/span><\/strong> to crash<\/span><\/strong> including a company he ran called Golden Bear<\/strong>. At one point, the shares of his Golden Bear crashed by 90%<\/span><\/strong>. He could have given up<\/strong><\/span> completely and let it go bankrupt<\/strong><\/span>. But what did he do? He briefly renamed<\/strong><\/span> it Augusta Gold<\/strong>, but because the gold industry<\/span><\/strong> continued to spiral downward<\/strong><\/span> in 1998 as central banks around the world<\/span> sold<\/span> all their gold<\/span><\/strong>… his Augusta Gold<\/strong> shares fell to zero<\/strong><\/span>. Did he give up<\/span><\/strong>? No, he managed to figure out a way to make his investors most of their money back by giving them shares of an oil technology company<\/strong> now called Pulse Seismic (TSX: PSD)<\/strong>, which he has nothing to do with today, but it continues to operate as a thriving business. The point is he could have let his investors lose 100%<\/span><\/strong> of their investment, but he managed to merge a new company Pulse Seismic<\/strong> into an empty shell giving his investors a valuable<\/span> business<\/strong> that still operates decades later!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Don’t<\/strong><\/span> get fooled by Eric Sprott<\/strong> into buying<\/span> New Found Gold (TSXV: NFG)<\/strong> or Hycroft Mining (HYMC)<\/strong> or Americas Gold and Silver (TSX: USA)<\/strong>. Once a company is worth $2 billion<\/strong><\/span>, if it is still generating negative cash flow<\/strong><\/span>, it is unlikely<\/strong><\/span> to increase significantly<\/strong><\/span> in value unless a company acquires<\/strong><\/span> it. Nobody<\/strong><\/span> will ever want to acquire<\/span> NFG<\/strong>, HYMC<\/strong>, or USA<\/strong>. However, Richard Warke’s Solaris Resources (TSX: SLS)<\/strong> is likely to get acquired<\/strong><\/span> at some point in 2026, most likely by Zijin Mining<\/strong>. So, if you must buy a $2 billion<\/span> market cap<\/strong> company make it SLS<\/strong>. We will be shorting<\/span> HYMC<\/strong> at $30 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Copper<\/strong><\/span> is up by 1.69%<\/strong><\/span> this morning. GSP Resource (TSXV: GSPR)<\/strong> has an NI 43-101 compliant copper resource<\/span><\/strong> directly adjacent to Canada’s #1 largest<\/span> copper mine<\/span> Highland Valley<\/strong>. We have never<\/span><\/strong> in our careers seen a $5 million<\/span> market cap<\/strong> company that 1) Has an NI 43-101 copper resource<\/span><\/strong>, 2) Is continuing to discover high-grade <\/strong><\/span>copper<\/span><\/strong>, gold<\/span><\/strong>, and silver<\/strong><\/span>, and 3) Is directly adjacent <\/span><\/strong>to a massive<\/strong><\/span> copper mine<\/strong><\/span> like Highland Valley<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Minaurum Silver (TSXV: MGG)<\/strong> is directly adjacent<\/strong><\/span> to a major<\/strong><\/span> copper mine<\/strong><\/span> in Mexico called the Piedras Verdes copper mine<\/span><\/strong>. MGG’s Alamos Silver Project<\/span><\/strong> is fully permitted<\/span><\/strong> for production<\/strong><\/span> and being directly adjacent<\/strong><\/span> to Piedras Verdes<\/strong> (which consistently ranks among the largest producing <\/strong><\/span>copper mines<\/strong><\/span> in Mexico) is huge<\/span><\/strong> for MGG<\/strong> because massive <\/strong><\/span>infrastructure<\/strong><\/span> is already in place!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Highlander Silver (TSX: HSLV)<\/strong>, Contango ORE (CTGO)<\/strong>, and Minaurum Silver (TSXV: MGG)<\/strong> will be the top gaining <\/strong><\/span>silver stocks<\/strong><\/span> of the decade.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
