{"id":5869,"date":"2025-12-23T09:30:47","date_gmt":"2025-12-23T14:30:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/?p=5869"},"modified":"2025-12-23T09:32:42","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T14:32:42","slug":"important-tuesday-morning-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/articles\/important-tuesday-morning-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Important NIA Tuesday Morning Update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>Gold<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>silver<\/strong><\/span> are continuing to hit <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>new all-time highs<\/strong><\/span> this morning!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\">Many people don&#8217;t know this but before <strong>Richard Warke<\/strong> became the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>3,015th richest<\/strong><\/span> person in the world he had a <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>huge problem<\/strong><\/span> in 1997 when the <strong>Bre-X<\/strong> scandal unfolded. He obviously had nothing to do with Bre-X (although Peter Munk desperately wanted the rights to it), but when Bre-X was exposed as a fraud it caused all <strong>Indonesia <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold explorers<\/span><\/strong> to <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">crash<\/span><\/strong> including a company he ran called <strong>Golden Bear<\/strong>. At one point, the shares of his <strong>Golden Bear <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">crashed by 90%<\/span><\/strong>. He could have <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>given up<\/strong><\/span> completely and let it go <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>bankrupt<\/strong><\/span>. But what did he do? He <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>briefly renamed<\/strong><\/span> it <strong>Augusta Gold<\/strong>, but because the <strong><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold industry<\/span><\/strong> continued to <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>spiral downward<\/strong><\/span> in 1998 as <strong>central banks <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">around the world<\/span> <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">sold<\/span> all their <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold<\/span><\/strong>&#8230; his <strong>Augusta Gold<\/strong> shares fell to <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>zero<\/strong><\/span>. Did he <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">give up<\/span><\/strong>? No, he managed to figure out a way to make his investors most of their money back by giving them shares of an <strong>oil technology company<\/strong> now called <strong>Pulse Seismic (TSX: PSD)<\/strong>, which he has nothing to do with today, but it continues to operate as a thriving business. The point is he could have let his investors <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">lose 100%<\/span><\/strong> of their investment, but he managed to merge a new company <strong>Pulse Seismic<\/strong> into an empty shell giving his investors a <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">valuable<\/span> business<\/strong> that still operates decades later!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>Don&#8217;t<\/strong><\/span> get fooled by <strong>Eric Sprott<\/strong> into <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">buying<\/span> New Found Gold (TSXV: NFG)<\/strong> or <strong>Hycroft Mining (HYMC)<\/strong> or <strong>Americas Gold and Silver (TSX: USA)<\/strong>. Once a company is worth <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$2 billion<\/strong><\/span>, if it is still generating <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>negative cash flow<\/strong><\/span>, it is <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>unlikely<\/strong><\/span> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>increase significantly<\/strong><\/span> in value unless a company <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquires<\/strong><\/span> it. <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>Nobody<\/strong><\/span> will ever want to <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">acquire<\/span> NFG<\/strong>, <strong>HYMC<\/strong>, or <strong>USA<\/strong>. However, <strong>Richard Warke&#8217;s Solaris Resources (TSX: SLS)<\/strong> is likely to get <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired<\/strong><\/span> at some point in 2026, most likely by <strong>Zijin Mining<\/strong>. So, if you must buy a <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">$2 billion<\/span> market cap<\/strong> company make it <strong>SLS<\/strong>. We will be <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">shorting<\/span> HYMC<\/strong> at <strong>$30 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#d35400;\"><strong>Copper<\/strong><\/span> is <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>up by 1.69%<\/strong><\/span> this morning. <strong>GSP Resource (TSXV: GSPR)<\/strong> has an <strong>NI 43-101 compliant <span style=\"color:#d35400;\">copper resource<\/span><\/strong> directly adjacent to <strong>Canada&#8217;s <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">#1 largest<\/span> <span style=\"color:#d35400;\">copper mine<\/span> Highland Valley<\/strong>. We have <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">never<\/span><\/strong> in our careers seen a <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">$5 million<\/span> market cap<\/strong> company that 1) Has an <strong>NI 43-101 <span style=\"color:#d35400;\">copper resource<\/span><\/strong>, 2) Is continuing to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>discover high-grade <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color:#d35400;\">copper<\/span><\/strong>, <strong><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold<\/span><\/strong>, and <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>silver<\/strong><\/span>, and 3) Is <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">directly adjacent <\/span><\/strong>to a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>massive<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#d35400;\"><strong> copper mine<\/strong><\/span> like <strong>Highland Valley<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Minaurum Silver (TSXV: MGG)<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>directly adjacent<\/strong><\/span> to a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>major<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#d35400;\"><strong> copper mine<\/strong><\/span> in Mexico called the <strong>Piedras Verdes <span style=\"color:#d35400;\">copper mine<\/span><\/strong>. <strong>MGG&#8217;s Alamos <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">Silver Project<\/span><\/strong> is <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">fully permitted<\/span><\/strong> for <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>production<\/strong><\/span> and being <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>directly adjacent<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>Piedras Verdes<\/strong> (which consistently ranks among the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>largest producing <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#d35400;\"><strong>copper mines<\/strong><\/span> in Mexico) is <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">huge<\/span><\/strong> for <strong>MGG<\/strong> because <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>massive <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>infrastructure<\/strong><\/span> is already in place!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Highlander Silver (TSX: HSLV)<\/strong>, <strong>Contango ORE (CTGO)<\/strong>, and <strong>Minaurum Silver (TSXV: MGG)<\/strong> will be the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>top gaining <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>silver stocks<\/strong><\/span> of the decade.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
