\n Montreal, Quebec \u2013 (Newsfile Corp. \u2013 December 30, 2025)<\/strong> \u2013 Qu\u00e9bec Innovative Materials Corp. \n (CSE: QIMC<\/strong>) (OTCQB: QIMCF<\/strong>) (FSE: 7FJ<\/strong>) (\u201cQIMC\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) \n is pleased to report the completion of a baseline (pre-disturbance) environmental assessment at its \n Eatonville project area<\/strong>, one of the Company\u2019s most advanced focus zones within its \n Nova Scotia natural hydrogen district<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n This milestone represents a structured step forward in the disciplined and responsible execution of \n QIMC\u2019s subsurface development strategy.\n <\/p>\n\n \n

\n The assessment establishes essential environmental baseline conditions required to support planning \n for subsequent phases of subsurface development. It forms part of QIMC\u2019s staged, data-driven approach \n designed to reduce risk, support technical decision-making, and align early with regulatory requirements.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The work was completed by Strum Consulting<\/strong>, a well-established environmental and \n engineering firm in Atlantic Canada with extensive experience supporting natural resource and \n energy infrastructure projects.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The Eatonville area, together with the adjacent West Advocate zone<\/strong>, currently represents \n one of QIMC\u2019s highest-priority focus areas in Nova Scotia. Exploration activities completed to date \n have identified surface and near-surface hydrogen anomalies, as well as interpreted geological \n structures that play a role in hydrogen migration.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n These results are being integrated with geophysical and geological datasets to target and rank zones \n with the highest potential.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n In parallel, the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS)<\/strong> is analyzing \n recently acquired geophysical data, including gravimetric readings, to refine subsurface structural \n interpretations and support the prioritization of drill targets associated with fault-controlled \n hydrogen migration pathways.\n <\/p>\n\n \n
