If <strong>Canada Nickel Company (TSXV: CNC)<\/strong> itself was a <strong><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold<\/span>\/<span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">silver<\/span> company<\/strong> its <strong>market cap<\/strong> would be <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$3-$4 billion<\/strong><\/span> but <strong>nickel<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>out of favor<\/strong><\/span> right now. <strong>NOB <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">owns a 20% stake<\/span><\/strong> in <strong>East Timmins Nickel<\/strong> owner of <strong>Mann West<\/strong> and <strong>Mann Central<\/strong> which <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>already rival<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Crawford<\/strong> in <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>size<\/strong><\/span> despite only <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>~40%<\/strong><\/span> of the <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">geophysical footprint<\/span><\/strong> being <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>drilled<\/strong><\/span>! <strong>NOB<\/strong> also <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>owns huge stakes<\/strong><\/span> in <strong>CNC<\/strong> and <strong>Homeland Nickel (TSXV: SHL)<\/strong> the <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">most promising<\/span> U.S. nickel<\/strong> company, plus <strong>NOB <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">owns<\/span> NSRs<\/strong> in <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">multiple<\/span> CNC properties<\/strong>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 12px 0;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/nob23.jpg\" style=\"max-width:100%; height:auto; display:block;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 12px 0;\">Crucially, <strong>Noble <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">retains<\/span> 5-year exploration rights<\/strong> for <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>gold<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color:#d35400;\"><strong>copper<\/strong><\/span>, and <strong>volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS)<\/strong> deposits on lands transferred to Canada Nickel&mdash;<strong>and that optionality is now being <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">actively exercised<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 12px 0;\">Noble has just completed its <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">first<\/span> drill hole of 2026<\/strong> targeting <strong>Kidd Creek&ndash;style VMS mineralization<\/strong>, reporting an intercept of <strong>6.5 meters grading <span style=\"color:#7f8c8d;\">0.64% zinc<\/span><\/strong> with <strong>associated anomalous <span style=\"color:#d35400;\">copper<\/span>, <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">silver<\/span>, and <span style=\"color:#7f8c8d;\">lead<\/span><\/strong> from <strong>141.0 to 147.5 meters down hole<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 12px 0;\">What makes this exciting is <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>not<\/strong><\/span> the zinc grade in isolation, but what zinc can represent in a VMS system. In classic <strong>Kidd Creek&ndash;style deposits<\/strong>, zinc-rich mineralization often occurs <strong>on the flanks or above the copper-rich core<\/strong>&mdash;meaning early zinc hits can be the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>first vector<\/strong><\/span> toward a <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">much larger<\/span> massive sulphide system<\/strong> along strike or at depth.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 12px 0;\">This interpretation is now strongly supported by <strong>geophysics<\/strong>. A <strong>Mise-&agrave;-la-masse (MALM) survey<\/strong> (which injects electrical current directly into the mineralized drill hole) outlined a <strong>coherent conductive horizon<\/strong> precisely where the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>polymetallic mineralization<\/strong><\/span> was <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>intersected<\/strong><\/span>. This is exactly how many <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">world-class<\/span> VMS deposits<\/strong> were <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>discovered<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>expanded<\/strong><\/span> in their <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">earliest<\/span> stages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 12px 0;\">Next steps are <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>already in motion<\/strong><\/span>: <strong>CG-25-02<\/strong> is collared roughly <strong>200 meters to the northwest<\/strong> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>intersect<\/strong><\/span> the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>same zone<\/strong><\/span> at approximately <strong>200 meters vertical depth<\/strong>, and an additional <strong>1,000 meters<\/strong> (2 holes) have been scheduled for <strong>Southwest Carnegie Township<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr style=\"border:none; border-top:1px solid #ddd; margin:14px 0;\">\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 10px 0; font-size:12px; line-height:1.5; color:#555;\"><em>Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
