Some NIA members<\/strong> have told us that they sold<\/strong><\/span> their Energy Transition Minerals (ASX: ETM)<\/strong> shares because we issued<\/strong><\/span> a January 6th alert<\/span><\/strong> entitled, 'NIA’s Prediction for Greenland (20 Days Away from Something Big Happening)'<\/strong> and then exactly 20 days later<\/strong><\/span> President Trump invests<\/span><\/strong> into USA Rare Earth (USAR)<\/strong> paying a 16x higher<\/span> market cap<\/strong> for a clearly subpar<\/strong><\/span> asset Round Top<\/strong> that isn't<\/strong><\/span> close to being a world-class<\/span> high-grade<\/span> REE project<\/strong> like ETM's Kvanefjeld<\/strong>. They believe "something went wrong<\/span>"<\/strong> in the Greenland negotiations<\/strong> so he gave up<\/strong><\/span> and bought<\/strong><\/span> into this inferior<\/strong><\/span> company instead.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

First of all, we never<\/strong><\/span> said President Trump<\/strong> is buying<\/strong><\/span> into ETM<\/strong>… but we do think things are leaning in that direction<\/strong><\/span>. If Shenghe Resources<\/strong> was going to remain<\/span> ETM's second largest<\/span> shareholder<\/strong>, ETM<\/strong> would clearly be better off just remaining listed<\/strong><\/span> on the ASX<\/strong>. ETM's sudden <\/span>decision<\/span><\/strong> to hire<\/span> Cohen & Company<\/strong> to list on the NASDAQ<\/strong> is definitely a sign of a potential deal<\/strong><\/span> coming in the future similar to President Trump acquiring<\/span> Trilogy Metals (TMQ)<\/strong> shares from Australian firm South32<\/strong>. In NIA's opinion, at some point after ETM's NASDAQ listing<\/strong>… President Trump<\/strong> will strongly consider<\/span> acquiring<\/span> Shenghe's ETM shares<\/strong>, but that is still months away from happening it was never<\/strong><\/span> something that had any chance of happening this month.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

The finalization<\/strong><\/span> of a formal U.S.–Denmark–Greenland cooperation framework<\/strong> focused on strategic minerals, supply-chain security, and Western access to critical resources including the removal or neutralization of the uranium constraint… is what will result in an instant revaluation<\/strong><\/span> of ETM<\/strong> to $1 per share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

We didn't<\/strong><\/span> think this was realistic to happen in only 20 days… so we have been saying to be ready to celebrate<\/strong><\/span> on February 10th at the Hispanic Prosperity Gala<\/strong> at Mar-a-Lago.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

President Trump's decision<\/strong> to invest<\/strong><\/span> into USAR<\/strong> has absolutely nothing<\/strong><\/span> to do with the Greenland framework<\/strong> being finalized behind the scenes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

We hope that ETM dips<\/span><\/strong> further… NIA's President<\/strong> would like to accumulate a much larger<\/strong><\/span> position!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
