However, if this gold cycle were truly peaking, SPOT would have surged through\n      <strong>$0.80 per share<\/strong>, not stalled below it. The failure to do so indicates the market simply needed to cool off&#8230; not that the cycle is over.\n    <\/span>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">\n    <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n      At the current price of <strong>~$0.48 per share<\/strong>, SPOT is effectively trading <strong>at&#8230; or below&#8230; the value of its cash and marketable securities<\/strong>,\n      based on its <strong>September 30, 2025<\/strong> balance sheet. Since that date, <strong>many of SPOT&rsquo;s equity holdings have risen materially<\/strong>,\n      meaning the company is likely trading <strong>below the value of cash plus securities alone<\/strong>.\n      When that happens, history shows we are still in the <strong>early stages<\/strong> of a bull market&#8230; not anywhere close to a top.\n    <\/span>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">\n    <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n      Now consider valuation context.\n    <\/span>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">\n    <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n      <strong>Apeiron Investment Group<\/strong>&#8230; backed by billionaires <strong>Christian Angermayer<\/strong> and <strong>Peter Thiel<\/strong>&#8230; demonstrated the value of premium\n      financial media when <strong>Bullish (BLSH)<\/strong> acquired <strong>CoinDesk for $75 million<\/strong>.\n      This matters because SPOT owns what is effectively <strong>the CoinDesk of the mining industry<\/strong>:\n      <strong>Mining.com<\/strong>, <strong>CEO.ca<\/strong>, and <strong>The Northern Miner<\/strong>.\n    <\/span>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">\n    <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n      Despite the strategic importance and influence of these platforms, SPOT is currently being assigned\n      <strong>less than zero value<\/strong> for them by the market.\n    <\/span>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">\n    <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n      That disconnect becomes even more striking when you factor in SPOT&rsquo;s <strong>0.20% NSR royalty<\/strong> on\n      <strong>New Found Gold&rsquo;s (TSXV: NFG) Queensway Project<\/strong>. With NFG&rsquo;s market capitalization around\n      <strong>$1.37 billion<\/strong>, SPOT&rsquo;s royalty alone is conservatively worth <strong>at least $27.4 million<\/strong>.\n    <\/span>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 10px 0;\">\n    <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n      <strong>Put it together:<\/strong>\n    <\/span>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul style=\"margin:0 0 14px 22px; padding:0;\">\n    <li style=\"margin:0 0 8px 0;\">\n      <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n        Mining.com, CEO.ca, and The Northern Miner could reasonably command a valuation comparable to CoinDesk (<strong>~$75 million<\/strong>)\n      <\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li style=\"margin:0 0 8px 0;\">\n      <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n        SPOT&rsquo;s NFG royalty is worth <strong>$27.4 million or more<\/strong>\n      <\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li style=\"margin:0 0 8px 0;\">\n      <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n        Combined, these assets imply <strong>over $100 million in value<\/strong>\n      <\/span>\n    <\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">\n    <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n      At that valuation, SPOT would be trading <strong>well above $0.48 per share<\/strong>.\n    <\/span>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">\n    <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n      Yes, SPOT&rsquo;s management previously divested an AI-driven mineral discovery technology that&#8230; if retained&#8230; could plausibly be worth\n      <strong>many billions of dollars today<\/strong>. Eric Sprott invested heavily in SPOT near <strong>$0.80 per share<\/strong> precisely because he foresaw\n      AI&rsquo;s transformative role in mining. Management&rsquo;s decision to sell that technology and redeploy the capital elsewhere unquestionably warrants\n      <strong>a valuation discount<\/strong>.\n    <\/span>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">\n    <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\n      But even <strong>after applying that discount<\/strong>, SPOT should still reach <strong>$0.80 per share or higher<\/strong> at the <em>true<\/em> peak of a gold bull market.\n      We are clearly <strong>nowhere near that peak yet<\/strong>.\n    <\/span>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin:18px 0 0 0;\">\n    <span style=\"font-size:11px; color:#555; font-style:italic;\">\n      Past performance is not indicative of future results.
