\nTrio-Tech International (TRT) gained<\/strong><\/span><\/strong> for its third straight<\/span> day<\/strong> on Friday surging 4.79%<\/strong><\/span> to $5.47 per share<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nTRT<\/strong> will definitely be $50+ per share<\/strong> at some point within the next 2-3 years, but whether it reaches $50+ per share<\/strong> within months is hard to say. TRT’s main competitor<\/span> Aehr Test Systems (AEHR)<\/strong> trades with an enterprise value of 20x revenue<\/strong><\/span>. This same multiple<\/strong><\/span> would value TRT<\/strong> today at $113.98 per share<\/strong>, so $50 per share<\/strong> is very conservative<\/strong><\/span>.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nNo matter what, TRT’s profit margins<\/span><\/strong> are likely to grow significantly<\/strong><\/span> beginning this quarter because it is the first quarter in history that the company has owned 100%<\/strong><\/span> of its Malaysian subsidiary<\/strong>, which is the company’s primary<\/strong><\/span> growth driver<\/strong><\/span>.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nThe Rivian R2<\/strong> will be Rivian’s first mass market<\/span> vehicle<\/strong>, and with Tesla cancelling<\/span><\/strong> the Model S<\/strong> and Model X<\/strong> to make room<\/strong><\/span> for robots<\/strong>, Americans<\/strong> will eagerly rush<\/strong><\/span> to buy<\/strong><\/span> the Rivian R2<\/strong> over the much more common<\/strong><\/span> Tesla Model Y<\/strong> and Model 3<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nIf you read this Infineon press release<\/strong> from May 2025 by clicking here<\/strong><\/a>, you will see that Infineon<\/strong> is producing<\/strong><\/span> the Rivian R2’s power modules<\/strong> from its brand-new<\/span> Malaysian facility<\/strong>. We are therefore 99.99% sure<\/span> TRT’s press release<\/strong> from Wednesday is an initial<\/span> contract<\/strong> with Infineon<\/strong> for TRT<\/strong> to use its brand-new<\/strong><\/span> Dynamic HTOL Electric Vehicle Power Module Test System<\/strong> to test the Rivian R2’s power modules<\/strong> for long-term reliability<\/strong><\/span>. These power modules<\/strong> need to last<\/strong><\/span> for 20 years<\/strong> through extreme heat<\/strong><\/span> and cold<\/strong><\/span>, and only TRT<\/strong> has the technology to cost effectively test them<\/strong><\/span>!\n<\/p>\n\n

\nThe initial<\/span> contract<\/strong> for $2.5 million<\/strong><\/span> is just the beginning<\/strong><\/span> and will likely grow very significantly<\/strong><\/span>. This is a much higher<\/span> quality<\/span> type of revenue<\/strong> compared to any revenue that TRT<\/strong> has generated previously. We are talking about much higher gross margins<\/strong><\/span>!\n<\/p>\n\n
