Our guess is: both will be approved but the CTGO<\/strong> vote only needs to be 50%+<\/strong>, for DVS<\/strong> it needs to be 66.667%<\/strong>, so the DVS vote matters most<\/span><\/strong>. It certainly won't<\/strong><\/span> be 99.9% approval<\/strong><\/span> like the Highlander Silver (TSX: HSLV) acquisition<\/span><\/strong> of Bear Creek<\/strong> even though we believe it will create equally<\/strong><\/span> as much value<\/strong><\/span>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Remember, Kirkland Lake Gold's acquisition<\/span><\/strong> of Newmarket Gold wasn't<\/span><\/strong> immediately loved<\/span><\/strong> when it was announced, but it was a legendary deal<\/strong><\/span> that helped Eric Sprott profit over $1 billion<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

The newly<\/span> combined<\/span> Contango Silver & Gold (CTGO)<\/strong> will own 30%<\/strong><\/span> of America's highest grade producing<\/span> open pit gold mine<\/span><\/strong> and 100%<\/strong><\/span> of three of North America's highest-grade<\/span> silver<\/span>\/gold<\/span> projects… all very advanced<\/span> with near-term<\/span> development<\/span><\/strong>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
