{"id":7318,"date":"2024-10-25T14:45:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-25T18:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/?p=7318"},"modified":"2026-03-14T20:28:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-15T00:28:43","slug":"goldshore-is-next-lithium-x","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/articles\/goldshore-is-next-lithium-x\/","title":{"rendered":"Goldshore Is Next Lithium-X"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">Almost <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">exactly<\/span> 10 years ago<\/strong> in late-2014, <strong>NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> had dinner with <strong>Brian Paes-Braga<\/strong> in NYC at <strong>Tao<\/strong>, at a time when <strong>NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> was <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">running<\/span> Elite Daily<\/strong> and it was the <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">world&#8217;s<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">#1 highest<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">traffic<\/span> online media publication<\/strong> for millennials.<strong> NIA&#8217;s President <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">told<\/span> Brian<\/strong> at their dinner about how he was in the middle of selling <strong>Elite Daily<\/strong> to the <strong>Daily Mail<\/strong> for <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$50 million<\/strong><\/span>. <strong>Brian<\/strong> would later say to <strong>NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> in a <strong>podcast interview<\/strong> they did together that it was this conversation in late-2014 at Tao that <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">inspired<\/span> Brian<\/strong> to <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">launch<\/span> Lithium-X<\/strong> six months later. <a href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/ca\/podcast\/transforming-your-life-through-spiritual-connection\/id1501770461?i=1000513916614\"><strong>Click here<\/strong><\/a> and listen to just the first four minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>NIA&#8217;s President <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">told<\/span> Brian<\/strong> during their dinner at Tao about how in addition to selling <strong>Elite Daily<\/strong> he was beginning to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>invest<\/strong><\/span> into an <strong>Arizona based <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">silver explorer<\/span><\/strong> called <strong>Wildcat Silver<\/strong> and preparing to announce it as <strong>NIA&#8217;s <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">#1 overall top<\/span> stock suggestion<\/strong> for 2015. <strong>Brian<\/strong> at this point <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">told<\/span> NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> about how he <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>took<\/strong><\/span> his previous <strong>advice<\/strong> and was <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>studying<\/strong><\/span> the <strong>mineral exploration industry<\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">found<\/span> himself<\/strong> the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">best possible<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">mentor<\/span><\/strong> to help him become an <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>expert<\/strong><\/span> on all things <strong>mining<\/strong>. <strong>Brian <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">explained<\/span><\/strong> how his <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">mentor<\/span> Frank<\/strong> previously predicted the <strong>2005-2007 uranium boom<\/strong> and started a company that he sold to <strong>Uranium One<\/strong> for <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>billions<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> had <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>never<\/strong><\/span> heard of him but promised he would do research into him. A few days later, <strong>NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> was at a <strong>colleague&#8217;s house<\/strong> for a <strong>meeting<\/strong> who happened to have <strong>FOX News<\/strong> on in the background and some guy <strong>Sean Hannity<\/strong> began spewing <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>conspiracy theories<\/strong><\/span> about this guy named <strong>Frank Giustra<\/strong> who <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>made a fortune<\/strong><\/span> in <strong>uranium<\/strong>. <strong>NIA&#8217;s President <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">texted<\/span> Brian<\/strong> saying he just saw this <strong>Frank Giustra<\/strong> guy on TV and was so <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>impressed<\/strong><\/span> that he truly did find the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">best possible<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">mentor<\/span><\/strong> if <strong>Sean Hannity<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>jealous<\/strong><\/span> of him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">After <strong>Brian <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">launched<\/span> Lithium-X<\/strong>, he called <strong>NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> and explained how there was going to be a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>boom<\/strong><\/span> in <strong>lithium<\/strong> that would <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>dwarf<\/strong><\/span> the size of the <strong>2005-2007 uranium <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">boom<\/span><\/strong>, and his <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>mentor<\/strong><\/span> was going to help him <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>go public<\/strong><\/span> on the <strong>TSX Venture exchange<\/strong> in Canada. He <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>invited<\/strong><\/span> <strong>NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> to <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>travel<\/strong><\/span> with him by <strong>helicopter<\/strong> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>check out<\/strong><\/span> some of the <strong>lithium properties<\/strong> he was <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquiring<\/strong><\/span> for <strong>Lithium-X<\/strong>. <strong>NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> was so <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>impressed<\/strong><\/span> because at the time, <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>nobody<\/strong><\/span> else was <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">launching<\/span> <\/strong>any<strong> lithium exploration companies<\/strong>, only him. <strong>NIA&#8217;s President<\/strong> went with him to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>check out<\/strong><\/span> the <strong>lithium properties<\/strong> and immediately decided that NIA would <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">suggest<\/span> Lithium-X<\/strong> as its <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">first ever<\/span> lithium stock suggestion<\/strong>. NIA suggested <strong>Lithium-X<\/strong> at <strong>$0.97 per share<\/strong> and one year later it was <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired<\/strong><\/span> for <strong>$2.61 per share<\/strong> or <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$265 million<\/strong><\/span> in <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>cash<\/strong><\/span> for a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gain of 169%<\/strong><\/span>. <strong>Lithium-X<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>hit a high<\/strong><\/span> following NIA&#8217;s suggestion of <strong>$2.85 per share<\/strong> for a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gain of 193.81%<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>Brian<\/strong> was <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>100% correct<\/strong><\/span> about there being a <strong>lithium <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">boom<\/span><\/strong> that <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>dwarfed<\/strong><\/span> the size of the <strong>2005-2007 uranium <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">boom<\/span><\/strong>. After his <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>founding<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>Lithum-X,<\/strong> <strong>hundreds of other people <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">copied<\/span> him<\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">launched their own<\/span> lithium exploration companies<\/strong>. Very few of these other <strong>lithium companies<\/strong> got <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired<\/strong><\/span> at <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>huge premiums<\/strong><\/span> like <strong>Lithium-X<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">Today, <strong>Brian<\/strong> believes a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>boom<\/strong><\/span> has already <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>launched<\/strong><\/span> in <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>gold<\/strong><\/span> that will be <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>bigger<\/strong><\/span> than its previous <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>booms<\/strong><\/span> in <strong>2011<\/strong> and <strong>1980<\/strong>. In recent months he has <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>rapidly accumulated<\/strong><\/span> a large position in <strong>Goldshore (TSXV: GSHR)<\/strong> and <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>added<\/strong><\/span> approximately <strong>1.466 million shares<\/strong> to his <strong>GSHR position<\/strong> last month with <strong>open market <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">purchases<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">The <span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\"><strong>silver company<\/strong><\/span> that <strong>NIA&#8217;s President <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">invested<\/span><\/strong> in and <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">told<\/span> Brian<\/strong> about at Tao would <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>change<\/strong><\/span> its <strong>name<\/strong> to <strong>Arizona Mining <\/strong>and <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gained by 1,576%<\/strong><\/span> from NIA&#8217;s suggestion price and got <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquired<\/strong><\/span> for <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$2.1 billion <\/strong><\/span>in <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>cash<\/strong><\/span>. <strong>Arizona Mining&#8217;s Executive Chairman Richard Warke<\/strong> took a portion of his profits and <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>invested big<\/strong><\/span> to become a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>partner<\/strong><\/span> in <strong>Liverpool<\/strong>, which has since seen its <strong>valuation <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">multiply<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">many times higher<\/span><\/strong>. Today, <strong>Liverpool<\/strong> is the <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">world&#8217;s #1 top ranked<\/span> football club<\/strong> with an estimated valuation of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>$5.37 billion<\/strong><\/span>. <strong>Liverpool<\/strong> currently <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>sits at the very top<\/strong><\/span> of both the <strong>English Premier League<\/strong> and <strong>UEFA Champions League<\/strong>. Most recently, <strong>Richard Warke<\/strong> became a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>partner<\/strong><\/span> in the <strong>PGA Tour<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>Richard Warke<\/strong> also believes a <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">massive<\/span> <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold<\/span> <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">boom<\/span><\/strong> has begun that will <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>dwarf<\/strong><\/span> its previous <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>booms<\/strong><\/span> in <strong>2011<\/strong> and <strong>1980<\/strong>. He took <strong>Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> public a few years ago and has consistently been <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>buying big<\/strong><\/span> in the <strong>open market<\/strong> over the last several years. <strong>AngloGold Ashanti (AU)<\/strong> has always <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>planned to consolidate all<\/strong><\/span> of the <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>gold resources<\/strong><\/span> in the <strong>Beatty <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">Gold District<\/span><\/strong>, and <strong>Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> is the only remaining company left in the <strong>Beatty <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">Gold District<\/span><\/strong> for <strong>AU<\/strong> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>acquire<\/strong><\/span>. A <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>buyout<\/strong><\/span> could come at <strong>any time<\/strong>.<strong> Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> was <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>originally planning<\/strong><\/span> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>make more acquisitions<\/strong><\/span> of <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>additional<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong> gold properties<\/strong><\/span>, but suddenly a few weeks ago alongside the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>publication<\/strong><\/span> of their <strong>Reward Feasibility Study<\/strong> they must have <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>gotten word<\/strong><\/span> that <strong>AU<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>ready<\/strong><\/span> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>make a deal<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\"><strong>Augusta Gold (TSX: G) <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">disclosed<\/span><\/strong> that they are <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>exploring<\/strong><\/span> a <strong>&#8220;<span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">sale of the Company, the Project, or all the assets of the Company<\/span>&#8220;<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:sans-serif;\">You would think it would <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>already be trading<\/strong><\/span> for <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">at least<\/span> $3-$4 per share<\/strong> on this <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>disclosure<\/strong><\/span>, but <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>nobody<\/strong><\/span> follows the company except us. Since going public, <strong>Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>hasn&#8217;t<\/strong><\/span> once done a single <strong>interview<\/strong> on <strong>YouTube<\/strong> or at any <strong>trade shows<\/strong>! When you are somebody who gets to the level of being a part owner of <strong>Liverpool<\/strong> and the <strong>PGA Tour<\/strong> you will look bad if you do things to <strong>&#8220;<span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">hype up<\/span>&#8220;<\/strong> your stock so <strong>Augusta Gold (TSX: G)<\/strong> literally does <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>nothing<\/strong><\/span> to <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gain<\/strong><\/span> the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>attention<\/strong><\/span> of <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">new<\/span> investors<\/strong>.
