{"id":7345,"date":"2026-03-17T00:22:30","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T04:22:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/?p=7345"},"modified":"2026-03-17T00:22:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T04:22:34","slug":"tsx-venture-sideways-trading-for-nearly-5-months","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/articles\/tsx-venture-sideways-trading-for-nearly-5-months\/","title":{"rendered":"TSX Venture Sideways Trading for Nearly 5 Months"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"max-width:760px;margin:0 auto;font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#000;\">\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">On October 23rd with the <strong>TSX Venture Composite Index<\/strong> at <strong>964.23<\/strong>, NIA sent out an alert entitled, <strong>&#8216;We\u2019re in Stock Pickers Market, TSX Venture Could <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">Trade Sideways<\/span> for Six Months&#8217;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">Since then, the <strong>TSX Venture Composite Index<\/strong> has <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>traded in a range<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>838.35 <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">up to<\/span> 1,177.21<\/strong> with a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>mid-point<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>1,007.73<\/strong> and is currently <strong>1,012.17<\/strong>, so it has pretty much done what we expected. Maybe it will <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>dip another 4.74%<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>decline<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>964.23<\/strong> by April 23rd, causing our <strong>prediction<\/strong> to <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>come true exactly<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\">Between October 2002 and May 2007, the <strong>TSX Venture Composite Index<\/strong> rose from a <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>low<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>887.29<\/strong> to a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>high<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>3,372<\/strong> for a <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>gain of 280%<\/strong><\/span> in <strong>55 months<\/strong>. From its <strong>November 2023 <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">low<\/span><\/strong> of <strong>506.65<\/strong>, this would put it at <strong>1,925.27<\/strong> by <strong>June 2028<\/strong>. So maybe it forms a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>short-term bottom<\/strong><\/span> next month around <strong>964.23<\/strong> and then sets the stage for a near <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>doubling<\/strong><\/span> to <strong>1,925.27<\/strong> over the following 26 months.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\"><strong>NevGold (TSXV: NAU)<\/strong> looks <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>amazing<\/strong><\/span> here after <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>rising 2.50%<\/strong><\/span> today to <strong>$1.23 per share<\/strong>. <strong>Perpetua Resources (PPTA)<\/strong> has the <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">highest<\/span> market cap per oz<\/strong> of <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>gold resources<\/strong><\/span> out of all <span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\"><strong>gold developers<\/strong><\/span> at <strong>$667 per oz (measured + indicated + inferred)<\/strong> because it also has <strong>antimony resources <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">averaging<\/span><\/strong> <strong>0.07% Sb<\/strong>. <strong>Americas Gold and Silver (USAS)<\/strong> trades at an <strong>enterprise value<\/strong> of <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">23x<\/span> revenue<\/strong>, the <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>highest<\/strong><\/span> of all <strong><span style=\"color:#f1c40f;\">gold<\/span>\/<span style=\"color:#4e5f70;\">silver<\/span> miners<\/strong> because it produces some <strong>antimony<\/strong> (although it has <strong><span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\">no<\/span> antimony resources<\/strong> and could <span style=\"color:#e74c3c;\"><strong>run out<\/strong><\/span> at any time). <strong>United States Antimony (UAMY)<\/strong> trades with an <strong>enterprise value<\/strong> of <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">40x<\/span> revenue<\/strong> because of the <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>importance<\/strong><\/span> of <strong>antimony<\/strong> to <strong>U.S. homeland security<\/strong>, even though it mainly functions as a <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>smelter<\/strong><\/span> that <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>processes<\/strong><\/span> antimony mined by <strong>USAS<\/strong>. <strong>NevGold<\/strong> remains <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>undiscovered<\/strong><\/span> as an <strong>antimony play<\/strong>, but its <strong>maiden mineral resource estimate<\/strong> is <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>coming soon<\/strong><\/span> and is expected to <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">average<\/span> <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">significantly higher<\/span> Sb grades<\/strong> than <strong>PPTA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\"><strong>Noble Mineral Exploration (TSXV: NOB) <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">gained by 10.53%<\/span><\/strong> today to <strong>$0.105 per share<\/strong> after <strong><span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">acquiring 22 new<\/span> claims<\/strong> totaling <strong>1,232 hectares<\/strong> in an area <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>90 km southwest<\/strong><\/span> of Chibougamau, Quebec, where rock samples from a 1986 government survey showed <strong><span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">elevated<\/span> scandium values<\/strong>. With <strong>Scandium Canada (TSXV: SCD) <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">up by 1,033.33%<\/span><\/strong> over the past year, this is just <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\"><strong>one more reason<\/strong><\/span> to be <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\"><strong>bullish<\/strong><\/span> on <strong>NOB<\/strong>! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inflation.us\/news\/articles\/nickel-sentiment-has-never-been-worse-thats-exactly-why-nob-could-explode\/\"><strong>Click here<\/strong><\/a> to read <strong>NIA&#8217;s <span style=\"color:#2980b9;\">initial<\/span> NOB report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 14px 0;\"><strong>Super Copper (CSE: CUPR) <span style=\"color:#27ae60;\">gained by 10.71%<\/span><\/strong> today to <strong>$0.62 per share<\/strong>.
