Aehr Test Systems (AEHR)<\/strong> just hit a new all-time high<\/strong><\/span> and is now trading at an enterprise value<\/strong> of 65.3x<\/span> revenue<\/strong>, which would value their main competitor Trio-Tech International (TRT)<\/strong> at $369 per share<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

TRT<\/strong> is profitable<\/strong><\/span> and growing rapidly<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n

AEHR<\/strong> has large net losses<\/strong><\/span> and declining revenue<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n

Both companies produce<\/strong><\/span> their own equipment for testing GPUs<\/strong> for AI<\/strong>, but TRT<\/strong> also owns the equipment produced<\/strong><\/span> by all of its competitors including AEHR<\/strong>… so if a company wants to use AEHR's technology<\/strong> they don’t need to actually purchase it… they can simply ship their semiconductors<\/strong><\/span> to TRT<\/strong>, which will conduct all third-party tests<\/strong><\/span> using equipment manufactured<\/strong><\/span> by TRT<\/strong>, AEHR<\/strong>, and others.<\/p>\n\n

Obviously, AEHR<\/strong> is a massive bubble<\/strong><\/span>, and people are blindly<\/strong><\/span> buying<\/strong><\/span> it due to "buzz words<\/span>"<\/strong> they probably don’t understand like "silicon photonics for AI data center infrastructure"<\/strong>. But this isn’t<\/strong><\/span> a new<\/span> product<\/strong>… AEHR<\/strong> is using its same FOX-XP system<\/strong> to test it.<\/p>\n\n

We’re pretty sure that if even a small effort is made to spread awareness about TRT<\/strong> on platforms like X<\/strong>, Reddit<\/strong>, Stocktwits<\/strong>, etc., it could rise<\/strong><\/span> to $20, $30, $40, or even $50 per share<\/strong> in the weeks ahead. It is one of the only technology stocks<\/strong> with upside potential<\/strong><\/span> similar to natural resource stocks.<\/p>\n\n

We recently conducted a Google Trends search interest analysis<\/strong> comparing hundreds of companies, and TRT<\/strong> has the second lowest<\/span> search interest<\/strong>, with only GSP Resource (TSXV: GSPR)<\/strong> being more undiscovered<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n

The most widely followed<\/strong><\/span> small-cap companies are Rare Earths<\/strong> like USA Rare Earth (USAR)<\/strong> and Critical Metals (CRML)<\/strong>, which reinforces why Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA)<\/strong> could become very large.<\/p>\n\n
