An article came out this weekend in the Wall Street Journal entitled, 'The Pentagon Needed Rare Earths—and Found a Supplier in Malaysia'<\/strong>. Click here<\/a><\/strong> to read!<\/p>\n\n

The article discusses how the Pentagon<\/strong> has partnered with Australian mining firm Lynas Rare Earths<\/strong> to secure heavy rare earths<\/strong> from its plant in Kuantan, Malaysia, reducing reliance<\/strong><\/span> on Chinese supply chains<\/strong>. Lynas Rare Earths<\/strong> is now worth US$13.3 billion<\/strong><\/span> and doesn’t really have much upside.<\/p>\n\n

Obviously, the Pentagon<\/strong> would much prefer sourcing<\/strong><\/span> its heavy REE supplies<\/strong> from Canada!<\/p>\n\n

The only Canadian heavy REE project<\/strong> close to development<\/strong><\/span> is privately held Strange Lake<\/strong>, and the reason it is about to be developed<\/strong><\/span> is due to plans to build<\/span> a ~170–180 km seasonal, single-lane access road<\/strong> connecting the Strange Lake Heavy Rare Earth Element Project<\/strong> in Northern Quebec to a new<\/span> port<\/strong> on the Labrador coast<\/strong> near Voisey’s Bay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Saga Metals (TSXV: SAGA)’s newly acquired<\/span> Heavy REE Project<\/strong> is located on the Labrador coast near Voisey’s Bay<\/strong>! Investors can’t<\/strong><\/span> capitalize<\/strong><\/span> on Strange Lake<\/strong>, but SAGA<\/strong> is about to close on its acquisition<\/strong><\/span> of Wolverine<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n

Critical Metals (CRML)<\/strong> gained by 25.54%<\/strong><\/span> today to $14.45 per share<\/strong>, and its market cap just hit US$1.911 billion<\/strong><\/span>, or 47.10x more<\/strong><\/span> than SAGA’s market cap<\/strong> at today’s close!<\/p>\n\n

SAGA’s Wolverine<\/strong> is the only heavy REE project<\/strong> comparable to CRML’s Tanbreez<\/strong> and privately held Strange Lake<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n
