\nBigBear.ai (BBAI)<\/strong> just hit $3.67 per share<\/strong> with 250.59 million shares outstanding<\/strong> for a market cap<\/strong> of $919.67 million<\/strong> and has net debt of $130.16 million<\/strong><\/span> for an enterprise value<\/strong> of $1.05 billion<\/strong> or 6.78X<\/span> revenue<\/strong> of $154.97 million<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nOne Stop Systems (OSS)<\/strong> estimates 4Q 2024 revenue<\/strong> of $15 million<\/strong> and projects consistent sustainable<\/span> revenue growth<\/span><\/strong> moving forward. If we simply annualize<\/span> $15 million<\/strong> to $60 million<\/strong> and apply<\/strong><\/span> a multiple<\/strong><\/span> of 6.78<\/strong>, it gives OSS<\/strong> an enterprise value<\/strong> of $406.8 million<\/strong>. Adding $11.47 million in net cash<\/span><\/strong> equals a market cap<\/strong> of $418.27 million<\/strong>. OSS<\/strong> has 21.11 million shares outstanding<\/strong>, which gives OSS<\/strong> a fair value of $19.81 per share<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nIn reality, OSS<\/strong> should trade at much higher<\/span> multiples<\/span><\/strong> than BBAI<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nThe OSS rugged<\/span> AI server business<\/strong> in the U.S. for military<\/strong>, defense<\/strong>, and space<\/strong> applications saw 3Q 2024 gross margins<\/strong> of 34.6%<\/strong><\/span> vs. BBAI 3Q 2024 gross margins<\/strong> of 25.9%<\/strong><\/span>.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nOSS<\/strong> is cash flow positive<\/strong><\/span> vs. BBAI burning through<\/span><\/strong> a lot of cash<\/strong><\/span>.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nOSS management consistently<\/span> keeps<\/span> promises<\/span><\/strong> and surpasses<\/span> estimates<\/strong> vs. BBAI management<\/strong> consistently<\/strong><\/span> lying<\/strong><\/span> and missing<\/span> estimates<\/strong> while insiders dump<\/span> shares<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n
