Gray, former United States Deputy Assistant to the President of the United States and Chief of Staff of the White House National Security Council, appointed to ETM&#8217;s recently established Strategic Advisory Board.<\/strong><\/li>\n    <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Mr Gray brings deep experience in U.S. national security, geopolitics, foreign policy and international trade.<\/strong><\/li>\n    <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>The appointment further strengthens ETM&#8217;s U.S. engagement strategy and supports its positioning as an emerging strategic player in establishing new global critical minerals supply chains.<\/strong><\/li>\n    <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>The Advisory Board has been established to provide strategic advice on ETM&#8217;s mineral development activities in Greenland, with a particular focus on its key asset, the Kvanefjeld (Kuannersuit) Rare Earths Project.<\/strong><\/li>\n    <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Mr Gray joins former Danish Foreign Minister for Foreign Affairs, Jeppe Kofod, former Danish Ambassador to the United States, Mr Friis Arne Petersen, and Julie Bishop, the former Australian Foreign Minister, on ETM&#8217;s Strategic Advisory Board.<\/strong><\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <!-- Body -->\n  <p>Energy Transition Minerals Ltd (ASX: ETM) (&#8220;ETM&#8221; or &#8220;the Company&#8221;) is pleased to announce the appointment of <strong>Mr Alexander B. Gray<\/strong>, former Deputy Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff of the White House National Security Council (NSC), to the Company&#8217;s <strong>Strategic Advisory Board<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n  <p>As Deputy Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff of the NSC, Mr Gray directed the daily operations of the U.S. National Security Advisor&#8217;s immediate office, as well as the budget, personnel, and security functions of the NSC. Previously, he served in the White House as Special Assistant to the President for the Defense Industrial Base at the National Economic Council (NEC), the principal Executive Office of the President (EOP) official responsible for matters impacting the defense and manufacturing industrial base, and as the first-ever Director for Oceania and Indo-Pacific Security at the NSC.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Earlier, Mr. Gray was a Member of the 2016 Presidential Transition Team at the U.S. Department of State and served as Senior Advisor to former U.S. Congressman J. Randy Forbes (R-VA), Chairman of the Seapower &amp; Projection Forces Subcommittee of the House Armed Services Committee. He was also Defense Policy Advisor to the 2016 Trump for President campaign.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Mr Gray is a recipient of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service and the National Security Council&#8217;s Outstanding Service Award. Mr Gray is a Senior Fellow at the American Foreign Policy Council (AFPC); a Senior Nonresident Fellow at the Global Taiwan Institute (GTI); a Senior Advisor at the Marathon Initiative; a Senior Nonresident Fellow in the GeoStrategy Initiative at The Atlantic Council&#8217;s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security; and a Senior Advisor to the &#8220;ReForge Commission&#8221; at The Atlantic Council&#8217;s Forward Defense Program.<\/p>\n\n  <p>He is a graduate of the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University (B.A. International Affairs) and attended Oklahoma State University. His writings have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Foreign Policy, The Washington Times, The Oklahoman, National Review, Newsweek, The National Interest, The Hill, The Weekly Standard, Naval War College Review, Strategic Studies Quarterly, and the Proceedings of the U.S. Naval Institute.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Mr Gray is the Chief Executive Officer of American Global Strategies LLC, a boutique global advisory firm delivering high-level strategic advice by assessing the global geopolitical environment, devising strategies for navigating the regulatory environment of US Government processes and policies, assisting on international business transactions and managing crisis situations domestically. Mr Gray co-founded the firm with former U.S. National Security Advisor Robert C. O&#8217;Brien. Mr. Gray&#8217;s wide-ranging practice includes the defense, aerospace, maritime, and technology sectors.<\/p>\n\n  <p>His appointment to the ETM Strategic Advisory Board follows the appointment last year of former Danish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Jeppe Kofod, former Permanent Secretary of State, Mr. Friis Arne Petersen, and Julie Bishop, the former Australian Foreign Minister to the Advisory Board.<\/p>\n\n  <p>The Advisory Board has been formed to provide strategic counsel to ETM on its plan to develop the Kvanefjeld Rare Earths Project in Greenland. Kvanefjeld is one of the biggest and most strategic undeveloped rare earths projects in the world.<\/p>\n\n  <p>The Board will support ETM&#8217;s ongoing engagement with Greenlandic and Danish stakeholders and advise on matters related to policy and international co-operation.<\/p>\n\n  <!-- Quote 1 -->\n  <p><strong>ETM Managing Director Daniel Mamadou said:<\/strong><\/p>\n  <blockquote style=\"border-left: 4px solid #1a5276; margin: 15px 0; padding: 10px 20px; background-color: #f4f8fb; font-style: italic; color: #444;\">\n    <p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\">&#8220;We are honoured that Alexander B.
