CUPR<\/strong> raised $9.75 million<\/strong><\/span>, including additional new investments<\/span><\/strong> from Apeiron Investment Group<\/strong> (Christian Angermayer<\/strong> and Peter Thiel<\/strong>) at $0.75 per share<\/strong>, vs. Ameriwest Critical Metals (CSE: AWCM) raising $3.066 million<\/span><\/strong>, including investment from NIA's President<\/strong> at $0.25 per share<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The AWCM private placement<\/strong> that NIA's President invested in became free-trading<\/strong><\/span> today after a four-month hold. CUPR's recent financing<\/strong> at $0.75 per share<\/strong> was a LIFE offering that became free-trading immediately at closing on March 6th, so there aren't any restricted private placement shares that will suddenly become free-trading in the near future.<\/p>\n\n
